I had been ordering from this restaurant for over ten years but have found them to have become very rude and lacking of courtesy. Today I ordered a meal and drink for my teenage son who works in the same plaza since he forgot his wallet at home. I explained the situation to the manager by the name of Sue and she agreed to accept my bank card payment over the phone since she was able to confirm my address and history by my telephone number. The transaction was under $8.00. My son called me from work because they refused to leave the food they had already charged my account for because he didn’t have his id. Turns out the delivery person was the owner and the manager didn’t even offer an apology when I called. She just stated that it’s against their policy to accept credit cards without id. How does that make sense when they already know where I live and where my son works since he was working as a cashier at the time with his uniform and name tag on? And she was also aware I’m a long time customer. They lost me as a patron now because it wasn’t even logical what action the owner took. Why literally throw away food and upset a long standing customer for a mere technicality? They charged me and told me I had to wait 2-5 days for it to be back in my account! They obviously don’t care about their reputation and customers. The food there is ok. Read moreI ordered dinner last night at 5:39 for delivery. I was told it would be 45 minutes. So, 6:50 I call back to get a status update on when the driver will be at my house. I was told he's on his way only a few minutes. 30 more minutes go by, I call back, ask again for a deliver update, was told again he's on his way. When I told the girl who answered the phone that's what she told me 30 minutes ago, her response was, "Well I told you it'd be 45 minutes." Once I told her this was my third time calling and I've been waiting for over an hour and a half, she said nothing, put me on hold, came back on the phone saying, "We got really busy so he's on his way now." Still took them over 30 minutes to get there after that conversation. I didn't get an apology or anything from this establishment. Very rude to your customers. Horrible customer service. I get to the restaurant to pick up my food while I am waiting, I get a menu and I read that the lunch specials aren't over until 3:30, which is when I arrive to pick up my order at 3:30, so intern I was lied so that i would not get the lunch special and spend more money. Also I ordered a large house lo mein I literally had six small shrimp in my order along with very little chicken and pork a few vegetables.
