India Spice — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

I had a deeply upsetting experience at this store today (Christmas Day) with the male owner. His treatment of me and my children was unacceptable and bordered on harassment.

The incident began when my children briefly touched the glass of an ice cream refrigerator. Instead of speaking to us politely, the owner immediately began shouting. He told me I needed to "teach my kids better manners" in a very aggressive and confrontational tone. As a customer and a parent, I was humiliated and appalled by his extreme rudeness.

The shopkeeper/ Owner at India Spice is not from India, yet unfortunately shows little respect toward Indian customers. His customer service is consistently poor, and he often appears impatient or irritated — perhaps struggling with basic customer interaction skills. Sadly, this is the only Indian grocery store in the Port Saint Lucie area, but the experience has been disappointing. Very Rude male owner ever I saw. I went in this store in Xmas day with my kids, I could not believe his rudeness to my kids and asked me teach manner. Only my kids mistake is they opened his kulfi freezer to get the kulfi, they do not eat until i pay. His is absolute rude and mannerless guy. You Learn manner before you ask to other. If you do not want anybody to open your freezer to look the item before buying, keep your all stuff at your home. Lady seems good and friendly. Not recommend going there. Lost customer.
