Canton House — Restaurant in Florida

This place is dirty if I could leave less than one star I would. I found a worm like insect in my food and returned the food but was met with an argument from the woman and the guy working there saying it was probably from my home instead of an apology or a way to make it better such as offering a refund. The worm was seen in the rice upon opening the container there is no other way it got in there besides from the restaurant. I tried to solve things with them amicably and just asked for my money back but then after being told they canceled the transaction the bank tells me they canceled it but then processed it again! The food was trash and their response was trash along with lies. Will never come to this disgusting place again.

Responding to the reply: I see you are still lying or you are confusing this with another bug infested order but the food was brought back immediately it was still hot. I have more pictures, the receipt and the bank statement showing when this was purchased. Maybe next time take time cleaning your kitchen instead of taking the time to lie on an...

This place has traumatized me and my family i served the rice straight from there box in to the plate we where starting to eat the rice the food was cold my son law found a disgusting fly maggot on hes fork ! We took the food back and the girl started denying and saying it flew in to the plate didn't want to give us our money back untill we mentioned the health department then two days later they charged our cards back without our approval, as if its not enough the owner who should be ashamed of him self says the food was not from there instead he should close doors and do a deep clean and have a fumigation comp. Go in and do the job .so he can offer a sanitary food restaurant service! Please do not eat from here if you care for your family's health this nasty people obviously do not care for...

The bourbon chicken tasted like pork. General Tso's Chicken looked and tasted like sweet n' sour chicken. Spring Rolls were slimy inside, cold and tasted terrible. Eggrolls tasted like a dirty sock. The only thing that was tasty was the fried rice.

Called to tell them we thought they sent use the wrong order (because of the general Tso's and bourbon (pork) chicken) and they insisted we DID receive the right order (because brocolli was in the corner of both dishes) and everything was cooked correctly and that it WAS the right meat even though it didn't taste like it.

What really upset us was they told us "you go enjoy that" and hung up the phone. If we weren't so tired from a long day we would've driven up there and took them their crumby food back.

We'll NEVER order from Canton...
