If I could rate this restaurant and -0 I would. I’m not the one to write reviews or even complain, but the food here was very overcooked. Call the restaurant regarding the food and the Fat the food was overcooked. Was told that lobster tail is supposed to be chewy and rubbery. That lobster is not cooked any other way. Was told that sesame chicken is not supposed to really have sauce. Was also told that maybe I just don’t have good taste buds because there is nothing wrong with their food. After giving compliments to certain dishes, I did purchase. I just simply called back to let them know that I was not satisfied with two particular dishes and I want a refund. I was first told I can’t be given a refund. That there’s no problem with their food and once again was reiterated to me that maybe something is wrong with my taste buds! After over 15 minutes of being on the phone, I was told I was rude and the only solution is to get two free meals which I explained to them. I don’t like the food and you’re telling me this is how it’s cooked so I really don’t want to get another dish from you. I just want my money back and that I am home with two children And now it’s kind of inconvenient to drive all the way back there. They were super busy told us our food would be done in 10 minutes. Already had to wait over 40 minutes for food that was not even cooked properly and to be told I’m rude and hung up on in my face. After all I was trying to do was come up with a solution so I would honestly not recommend eating there or not recommend getting any fried dumplings or sesame chicken or anything to do with Lobster if that’s how their food is cook cooked, you will be greatly disappointed. Their customer service also is not up to par at all. They’re extremely rude. Answer the phone rude, which should’ve been a warning sign for me not to order...
Read moreOrdered 2 bourbon chicken for pick up they gave us 2 some sort of disgusting pork dinners. I called and told them I wasn't driving back out there tongiht to credit my card for the meat in the meals and just charge me for the rice (which was being nice since I couldn't eat half the rice that was in the disgusting sauce the pork was in). The lady got an attitude with me over it literally you messed up my dinner I paid for and then give me an attitude because you gave me something I won't eat. Instead of offering to deliver the correct food, just voiding the card charge and creating one for just rice. You wanted me to drive back across town a second time for food That it would be too late for me to eat once I got it. Now I have to come back in so you can credit my card, i never seen a system that doesn't allow that over the phone. They are completely unprofessional and unapologetic about not giving me the correct order, plus got an attitude with me. Im the one that didnt get to eat dinner from your mistake and you get rude with me. Look how nasty and fatty the pork is. They just lost a customer over the attitude of thier mess up. I'll come back on Wednesday when I'm back in town with the disgusting pork to return so I will only be stuck paying for rice which they are lucky I just don't dispute all the charges since I didn't get what I ordered and had to deal with thier rudeness...
Read moreMaybe I am confused but doesn't the Chow Main suppose to have noodles. I ordered a Beef Chow Main and it didn't have the noodles. They filled it up with romaine lettuce or some other kind of green. Did they forgot to add the noodles?
UPDATE: The owner answered that the Chow Main doesn't have noodles, that the Lo Main is the one with noodles. I am not Chinese, or has any expertise on Chinese cuisine to debate this but when I google this information what it says is that the different between them is the sauce. The Chow Main has less sodium and a more diluted sauce than the Lo Main, but BOTH has noodles. So, now I'm more confused...
