Taco Ardiente — Restaurant in Florida

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! I ordered 3 orders of Quesabirria only to get home and it was 3 taco’s on corn tortillas covered in onions with a side of more onions and lime! Also ordered nachos and there was no lettuce. Called today to have this fixed because when we got home last night they were closed.. The owner proceeds to ask me why did I not call when I got home because they were closed and that I need to bring back the to-go boxes in order for him to refund me my money and that I should have known what I ordered then proceeds to tell me there facebook menu was old that if I would have gone there ordered I would have seen the new nacho pictures has no lettuce! I just ordered the same thing last week so I know what I am ordering the girl is the one that messed up after repeating my order to her 3 times and being placed on hold twice and no one wants to be held accountable for there action and blamed me the customer told me I should of opened a tied bag...

First time eating here. I got 2 soft chicken tacos with cheese and the meat had no flavor and was dry. We got the ham and egg breakfast burrito (assumed it was only ham egg and cheese it was not, my fiancé specifically advised for just ham egg and cheese there was tomato, onions and something else unsure of what) the only good part about it was the ham (good flavor). Roommate and fiancé got a burrito and was disappointed with how much cabbage was put in it. Got the churros and they were alright but had a slight heat (spice) to them. Was not expecting it and do not like that. We also ordered Spanish rice and refried beans and did not get them. For the $50 we spent I don’t believe it was worth it, as over half the food ended up in the trash. We were looking for a place that could possibly replace our beloved Lozanos but unfortunately this place did not and we will not be ordering...

Tried to eat here tonight. Ordered a range of foods for our family of 4 and were sorely disappointed with most of our experience. Taco El Pastor - Burned Steak Quesadilla - Burned/Dry steak Burrito Supreme - Dry Flavorless Meat Pico - under-ripe tomatos Sodas - no sprite, no mello yellow Not to mention my son needed to use the restroom and had to retrieve a key to do so, and was then unable to wash his hands due to a spraying faucet that left his shirt drenched.

This is unfortunate, but could have been overlooked as a one-time issue, however when we complained it was explained "That's how i always make the El Pastor." When I explained that i have never had it like that before, in the past 10 or so years i have been coming there... he said, "I've been here over 2 years and have never seen you."

Outrageous! Sadly, it appears we will have to travel to Naples for Taco Ardiente...
