Order: 8:09pm, (3 cars ahead of us) Money taken: 8:22, arrived at second window 8:24, order handed out at 8:43! This was a Tuesday night. The gal that was at the second window left her work station (apparently for a cell phone call/ text because she returned several minutes later and placed her cell phone back into her pocket). She returned to filling more beverage cups (there were approximately 8 already lined up along the beverage shelf as well as 4 clear containers with beverages and bagged orders on the shelf behind the beverage machine). I wasn't aware, at that point WHAT our continued delay was, but, I was keenly aware of what she was doing. She left her station again for a few minutes this time, as she returned she had 2 large blue buckets of ice and emptied them into the beverage station. At this point, over 20 minutes at her window, she had still not even so much as slid the window open to greet us. After 1 more minute, and not adding even 1 food item to any of the 3 containered orders during our 20 minutes at her window, she pulled open the window and asked our name. I said, "John, please." At this point, she read 3 different tags from the containers, and handed us our 26 or 28 dollar order. After arriving home, 7 minutes later, I plated our COLD MEALS and attempted to eat our soggy burgers, cold fries and nuggets. I phoned the restaurant to no avail shortly thereafter, again today, I phoned on 3 different occasions, all without an answer. So, I opted to go online to fill out the survey, HOWEVER, to my shock I found my receipt to be a "COPY" of my receipt and NOT INCLUDE the necessary receipt authorization number which the online system requires for submission. Read more10/15/2023. Food was good, but service was terrible. Dispite the fact that the drive-tru was a little packed, I waited to place my order over 15 minutes. It was before 10pm. Nobody came to the intercom. I drove around and had to order at the window. When I drove around, at this time only one car was at the window. Lanes were clear. When I got there, I told girl #1 that nobody came to take my order. She had an attitude as if she didn't care. Asked to take the order and disregarded everything I said. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She gave me my drink, it was over full so it started spilling. I asked for a napkin right then. She didnt bring the napkin. Then several minutes later the girl #2 who took orders came to the window and said "if you want cheese sauce, you gotta go to Mc'Donalds." she closes the window. I don't know who ordered cheese sause but I asked for cheese on my whopper. (not sauce). The same girl, #2 came and handed me my order, didn't even speak. I checked my whopper, no cheese. I asked for a manager. She looked at the manager and said with an attitude, "she wanna talk to you". I had to complain to the manager about how her staff behaved. While talking to the manager, we both can hear girl #1 inside argueing about the issue. As if, she had any right to be upset. The manager had to tell her to "hush up about it". Read moreThis actually could have been a four-star rating except that there was a person there I guess of some authority named Rose. I watched as Rose attempted to do her job. There were others that were attempting to do theirs but it seemed that their attempts were met with degradation and as if that wasn't enough as I was finishing up my mail from my seat in the back of the restaurant near the back door I could hear Rose degrading the cashier. The cashier was friendly enough took our order even double checked our name to make sure she wrote it down properly. She was very pleasant made sure that my husband did not receive a sweet tea when he did not want sweet but rather unsweet and no lemon she made sure she got all of that correct. Yet I'm listening to her being degraded by this Rose who is showing absolutely no concern for the fact that there are customers around the cashier area not only waiting to order but waiting for their food. I was embarrassed just watching the situation. If I had been that cashier or that cashier's mother I would have definitely let Rose have a piece of my mind. the food I will go through the drive-thru for so I do not have to witness this again. Maybe if you decide to get a different manager in there or one who doesn't feel that it's necessary to demean or have a power play in front of the whole restaurant in order to teach or belittle for workers I might return along with the rest of my family and friends.
