Have they trained the staff? Mixing a powder with ice will not blend the powder. The result is a very cakey, powdery, grainy smoothie. They’ve got to use more milk and less ice. I watched my smoothie get made with half the blender full of ice. Imagine they only fill my cup and the rest gets tossed which means I got mostly ice.
I think the juices are good, nothing innovative. Seems this location is missing something.
Also some type of cultural training needs to be present amongst this neighborhood. I live in nyc and I feel like an outcast in palm beach. So weird to feel a stigma in the air when I walk into the store.

That experience will keep me...
Read moreI have been coming here since this location opened its doors and I do not know if I will return again at this point. I have had too many bad experiences with this location to justify spending my money here when there are better options nearby. Recently all of my wraps have had bad cucumber or brown, rotting avocado. My acai bowls have had overripe or under-ripe fruit. The quality here has signigicantly gone down hill. I had to scoop off all of the fruit from my acai bowl today. The kiwi was mushy and tasted awful. The raspberries were mush and seemed very old. The mango was half mushy and tasted rotten, mixed in with hard,...
