Alfonso's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Florida

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for a place I've been eating at for decades. I have not eaten Alphonso's pizza since they stopped their own delivery 5 or 6 years ago but back then it was great. I'd been a customer there since the early 90's and ordered their pizza often. Back then I'd pick it up. If you're expecting the same pizza that you got when this was Alphonso's and Orrazio's, your going to be disappointed. The sauce is really sad, the cheese tastes like some imitation stuff and the crust was soggy and tough. I got a large pizza and it was cut into like 16 or more pieces. Come on. Who does that? Little Caesars? Hopefully Alphonso and Orrazio are still with us but the great pizza that they once served is a thing of the past. To the owner- I remember when your dad started bring you and your brother to work. It was a very long time ago. Re-discover the passion that your pop and his partner had for pizza back then and try you hardest to bring it back, otherwise you won't be able to leave your kids squat.

Eat a piece of your pizza and ask yourself if that's the best you can...

My husband & I used to go to Alfonso Pizzeria almost every Sunday before he transitioned into God's kingdom. We loved the food & he always left big tips. However yesterday, I ordered lasagna, Greek salad & white spinach pizza with cauliflower crust, even though I told clerk that and said it twice she never said we don't do cauliflower crust, . However, son said well we not giving you in your money back. Whoever changed the lasagna recipe, it was AWFUL. I make better lasagna than what I paid for. It tasted like soggy wet noodles no flavor, runny & not; baked at all, not even vibrate reddish orange color. A small 6 slice pizza outrageous was $26.99. I spent over $50.00 dollars and could only eat half the salad, lasagna made me nausea & could not eat pizza. What a waste of my money. My husband & I had a great relationship with the owner, extremely nice man. He would of made everything right, his son did NOTHING. I left a message and explained I will NEVER visit their establishment again & I won't. The decor is beautiful. Overall experience 1 for the amount I paid....

Wow! This place has great food! But I wish I could give zero STARS!!!!

So I ordered a small pizza today! 10 mins later I called to cancel something came out up!

A half hour later I had 20 missed calls and 3 voicemails asking me when I was coming! Lol!

When I called back to tell them I canceled someone cursed at me!

Then called me back ten more times what a joke! That is someway to run a business.

I know the owners of this company would not appreciate this. I have screenshots of all the missed calls and voicemails.

The date is Monday, July 8th and they started coming around 2:30 PM the calls. If an owner can please get a hold of me I would be more than happy to provide this info ! Owning a business myself I Would fire this employee immediately. As this is harassment and I know the owners will not condone this.

Even though I’ve been ordering for years I love the food I will never order that again!

Also if this person continues to call and leave voicemails I will do anything allowable by law to stop...
