When we pulled into the drive thru we were behind the ordering car in lane 1. There were 2 cars in lane 2. We waited ten minutes, And then we were able to move up to the speaker. The 2 cars in lane 2, and another car that pulled up after them all had their order taken before us. We waited at the speaker for another five minutes before being addressed to order. Once ordering, we waited another fifteen minutes before we were at the window to pay. Here's where it gets really bad.
The girl at the window, kemea, was pleasant, but i asked to speak to a manager. When the manager arrived i asked if a thirty minute wait is acceptable. She replied that she can't make people show up to work, and she's working the kitchen all by herself. No apology. I asked how she planned to make this right, and was told to hold on. She disappeared to the back. I wasn't able to tell if her nametag said 'donna' or 'deana'. When she returned she said "now what's the problem?" ... Clearly, the thirty minute wait that we were already discussing. "I can't do anything about that." I NOTICED HER NAME TAG WAS GONE NOW. That's why she went to the back. To remove her nametag before returning and being rude. After paying and then waiting several more minutes she returned with our food. I asked her what her name was and she replied "shari. S. H. A. R. I. " I then asked where her name tag was. "I forgot it at home today." I informed her i saw it on her before, and just needed to clarify what it said... Donna, deana, dana... Something like that. Again she said "shari." When i reviewed the receipt i saw her correct name:

Tldr; waited thirty minutes to be treated rudely by a manager who took no responsibility and was unapologetic and went so far as to remove her nametag and lie about her name while being rude and serving us cold fries.

Read moreWorst burger king ever! Went in for breakfast on a Saturday morning and there no staff to take my order. Waited a few minutes and saw someone in the back who ignored me and walked away. Waited another 5 mins and when no one came to assist, I decided to order through their app. A while later a young girl came out of their office and asked what I wanted order which I then told her I order through their app. She did not apologize or said anything after but then went back into room/office. A week later I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back for breakfast. Once again no one in the front so I waited for about 4 mins. There was someone cooking in the back which noticed me and when I tried to get his help, he went back out of view. After a few more minutes, there was who seemed like was the manager come by and told me he'd get to me. He was looking for someone that I'm assuming was the person that was suppose man the front register. He wasn't able to find her for a few more mins so he came over to take my order. He was not too friendly and appeared to be agitated. After roughly about 6 mins, finally the person that was suppose to handle the register strolled on by and sure enough it was the same young girl from last week who then proceeded to help the next customer. I got my meal from the manager without a word after he put my food on the table. Not even a thank you...
