A True Hidden Gem – A Must-Try for Steak Lovers!

Talk about a hidden gem in Pasco! As a true connoisseur of steaks, I can confidently say this is one of the best places I’ve ever dined at.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a late-night spot to eat past 10 PM. That’s when I stumbled upon this place—and wow, what a surprise! When I saw over 200 five-star reviews, I thought, No way, this can’t be real. A restaurant that has been in business for over 5 years and maintains nearly a perfect rating? There had to be something special about it.

And let me tell you, the moment I took my first bite, I got it. The quality, the flavor, the passion in every dish—it all makes sense.

On my first visit, I ordered the ribeye, and it was so good it made me want to slap my mama! (Of course, I never would—but that’s how amazing it was.) The very next day, I came back for the lamb chops. Now, I’ve never been a big fan of lamb, but the way the chef prepares them? Unreal. I’ve already had them four times this month!

One night, I called an hour before closing, and the chef told me he was sold out of everything except a filet. Normally, I never order filets at restaurants, but I took a chance—and I finished it in one sitting. It was that good.

If you’re a steak lover, I’m telling you—this place is a must. The chef truly cooks with love and takes immense pride in every dish. That combination is rare these days, and it’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back again and again.

This place is AMAZING! Me and my husband came here after looking for a good place to eat out late that isnt a fast food chain after a late bike ride and found this gem. I've lived here 3 years and sadly never knew of it.

We had the burger with side of mash and also the salmon with mash and asparagus. The owner/cook is an amazing man and stays busy with all the phone orders/pickups. The burger was grilled just how i asked and so juicy and loaded with veggies, sauce and the cheese which was just delicious, probably one of the best burgers I've had! The salmon was crispy and juicy and my husband inhaled it i barely could try a bite it was so good. And the mash... wit the garlic butter on top was heaven in one bite. He also gave us a complimentary cheesecake which was also very yummy. I actually wanted to order the mac and cheese with i think it was with lobster im not sure, but they only serve that on Fridays and Saturdays as a special so i will be coming back here religiously now!

So I googled food near me in NPR and this place came up. It's my bday and my bf wanted to take me out for something nice. Then we saw this. 61 5 star reviews!! The more reviews we read the more we were drooling! So we ended up at a food truck! AND WERE WE BLOWN AWAY!!! We got the filet and lollipop lamb chops. Both seasoned and cooked to perfection!! We both came to the conclusion that this was the best dinner we've had in MONTHS. The mashed potatoes, asparagus, and broccolini, all cooked to PERFECTION!! Obviously it was to go so when we got home I said there's no way this steak will be medium rare with this glorious char on it. It was PERFECTLY done. And I've never had better lamb chops EV-ER. My bf mentioned it was my bday and they gave us a complimentary slice of (OMG SO GOOD) turtle cheesecake. Long story short- usually we sit down at the table to eat together. Once we opened the boxes just to taste everything- we never left the kitchen counter!! And there was not a morsel left over. Which is unusual for us!
