Ok so after witnessing so many complaints here for this branch, I decided to do an investigation of my own which may have finally got BK corporate's attention. 2 years of missing ingredients when customized isn't an accident. That's intentional. I can confirm that if you ask for cheese on a Whopper, you really might not get it. This could potentially be a money laundering scheme orchestrated by the manager (the primary rude staff I keep seeing in these reviews), as I witnessed it today myself. Ordered cheese, confirmed it on the receipt. Then confirmed with the lady handing me the bag that it does have cheese on the Whopper, confirmed yes. But there's no cheese when opened right there. It was a lie. The scheme is simple. You ask for cheese on your Whopper. They don't actually put it on there but charge you for it. This obviously adds up. I think they hope you don't notice it or don't bother to return after you get home. I then asked my friend to go and order a Whopper with Cheese. Well, no cheese was on it and yes "Whop CHS" was on the receipt. It was charged. This clearly adds up over a months work. Is the manager pocketing this money? After my examination on this, BK corporate has finally caught the interest in looking into this. This location claims to have AUDIO and VIDEO recordings. That's perfect because the evidence will be there for corporate, unless the DVR mysteriously looses the recording of course. I also would like to point out when I met with the manager after they tried to ignore me in the store, she was very rude about it. (I'm going to assume she was the manager based on the outfit and badge.) No apology but did confirm I should have had cheese. Ironically the cheese Whopper was ready within a second. That's suddenly strange now isn't it? Anyway, don't go here. Another reviewer complained about the storefront being dirty. Oh yes, very dirty. I don't know if the floors are even being mopped. It's pretty gross. There's clear money cutting corners going on here. But the missing ingredients? Surely the cook is in on this, unless the paper he/she is given doesn't have all the ingredients listed. Like I said, this isn't an accident. This is very much...
Read moreMy husband and I visited this Burger King location at US Highway 19 and Moog Road in Holiday, Florida after renovations. To our absolute astonishment, we had the very best experience you could have at a fast food restaurant. The young lady that took our order couldn’t have been more pleasant, informative, patient and accommodating. She was wearing her hair up in a big bun, like I always do. We were talking about where to go to find a place to swim her, and her fiancé are always looking for somewhere to go. The bread was fresh. The meat was not over, cooked and burnt like I usually get from burger kings especially the one at Tarpon Avenue in US Highway 19. They were the juniors they had specials going on. We had one coupon for two and then they had another special. They were perfect for what we needed to take home by the pool. I had mentioned to my husband I had to use the ladies room. I started walking around to the area where it was and another young lady greeted me and said I heard you need to use the ladies room walked me there, unlock the door and open the door for me And she couldn’t have been more pleasant with the best smile. The place was so immaculately, clean and organized. I didn’t even recognize this as being a Burger King as a fast food restaurant usually is. I would give this place a 10 star if they had availability it starts from the top so the managers are obviously hands-on and treating their staff impeccably because it shows in the way the staff is treating the customers my husband and I have been involved in hospitality, our entire life and we’re completely blown away by this. I will recommend this location and this location only and we will be returning , thank you very much for a very pleasant and surprising experience. You guys are the absolute best the entire staff. Thank you very much from Keith and Denise locals to Holiday...
Read moreIt is no secret that fast food resteraunts have a timer system in the drive through for the moment they pay for their items to the moment they trigger the sensor at the pickup window. I was asked to wait at the payment window until my food was ready and then pull up to the next window when prompted. This is wrong and it is corporates fault that this is even an issue, not this local burger king. I have had similar experiences at other fast food chains and that too is wrong. Because I questioned the reasoning behind it and did not get a straight answer, the cashier conceded and allowed me to the next window before my food was ready. Now this puts me the customer in a difficult position. 1, it takes less than a minute to pay for food. Common knowledge. So the people behind me waiting to pay with no one in front of me are now going to believe I am at fault and wasting their time. 2, now because I dont want to be that guy(example 1) How do I know that my food is safe to eat and hasnt been tampered with because of non compliance to a dishonest experience from the start. I will be sure to contact corporate and forward this message. Dishonest service starts with a policy which motivates dishonesty through using the customer. Maybe corporate should be less concerned with motivating fast service numbers with honest and...
