Early dinner rush was pretty loud and crowded but we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for a table for 2. Server was rushed and not very personable. It took longer to get our iced tea than it took us to be seated. We ordered from the 2 for $20 menu (really 2 for $29). My hubby ordered the Bourbon St Steak...it was hot and juicy and cooked to order. I ordered the baby back ribs with french fries and steamed veggie. The meat came off the bone easily enough but was fairly dry. I forgot to order them with the honey bbq sauce and she didnt ask my preference so I ended up with the Texas Spicy. Not my favorite but my fault for forgetting. The fries were just luke warm and way over salted. When hubby asked for a refill on his iced tea, she came by and dropped 2 to go cups of iced tea on our table and said she would be back with the check (keep in mind our entrees had not arrived yet) Our food arrives with no steak knives)and hubby had another server bring him iced tea in a regular glass. He also had to ask another server for steak sauce. Our server doesnt stop to see if we are ok until we had finished eating and asked if we wanted dessert. I know we came at a busy time but I still expect hot fresh food and a little bit of service. We kind of expect to see a smile and at least 1 stop at the table to see if we need anything real quick. No, I didn't bother to complain to a manager, I should have but I wasn't looking for any freebies and it was just so noisy and I just wanted out of there. Apologies were not going to change anything at that point.

MUST READ: Spend your money elsewhere. Any place is better than this one. The hostess that greeted my party and me had an attitude from the start. We were baffled as to why but She was condescending when asked for a secondary kids menu. We thought she might’ve had a bad day so We let it be and didn’t mention anything tried to enjoy the moment and took our seat. A few minutes later my eldest daughter told me the lady kept looking at our table and giving my family and I dirty looks. We weren’t sure what her deal was, she was nearby when my daughter brought this up to my attention to which I told her if she keeps doing it to feel free to ask if there’s a problem. She must’ve over heard the conversation because we didn’t see her again. My food had a very small, flat, and sour tasting mashed potatoes. My wife decided to mention it to the waitress, she asked if I wanted something else which I thanked her and kindly declined. No manager approached us to find out what had happened with our experience here. We were polite, paid our $236 bill and left to buy a desert elsewhere.

Nothing whatsoever was left wanting. Based on this experience I can highly recommend both this Applebee's location and Jess as a server. My only concern was the cleanliness of the restaurant. While I noticed that the floors were clean and the tables were wiped down/sanitized, I did note that our table had several spots that would not wipe off. These spots seemed gummy and required rubbing/ scrubbing to remove. Other than that, I would say that we had an excellent experience.

Worst service ever! Waiting for 25 minutes when told it would be 10..... booths and tables were open all over the restaurant! When we were sat in one of the open booths the waitress brought over our silverware with a carrot on the knife. I asked for a sweet tea with no lemon..... was brought a tea with 2 lemon slices floating inside my drink! When ordering neither of my children were asked for what side they would like. Our order was very simple with no special instructions •kids corn dog with cheese sticks •kids grilled cheese with cheese sticks •shrimp stir fry with a cup of French onion soup •club house sandwich with fries

Out of all 4 orders 1 was made with no mistakes!!!!

•kids grilled cheese with cheese sticks ●cheese in the sandwich wasn't even melted cold! •shrimp stir fry with a cup of French onion soup ●soup was never even ordered! •club house sandwich with fries ●smaller amount of fries then I ever saw on a kids meal..... they were cold and old tasting. The sandwich wasn't even toasted on 1 side!

The waitress never even checked to see after the order was brought out if everything was good. The manager got to hear it as he brought out the sad food. The grilled cheese was remade. And the soup was rushed out saying it had just been missed when they were bringing food out. Which was a lie because the cheese was not even crusted or bubbling or brown from being under the broiler. Nothing was ever done about the sandwich or the fries. The richest just blame the kitchen when speaking to us saying it happened all day and it's not her fault. But yet she's the one who brought me dirty Soho where tea with lemon and it that I ask for no lemon.

The waitress then stood feet from us complaining to the hostess is about everything that has happened. Then a couple minutes later she stood on the other side over by the kitchen and complain to one of the management who then kept staring at my table making it very uncomfortable.

Nothing was even comped Not even a scoop of ice cream for the kids for messing up their order. At the end as we were getting ready to leave the second manager came over and asked how our night had gone when we told him not well at all he goes oh well then I guess have a good week and was ready to walk away before hearing us complain about the service that we had received. During all of this we got to hear the table on all 3 sides of us had missing items on all of their orders! Nothing was done for any of them as well from what the customer had said to me as we were leaving!

We normally love coming to this Applebee's to eat we come at least once a month with my family of four and we always have a very very good outcome...

I am a regular customer at this Applebees....or I shroud say I used to be. Upon arriving this evening to a half-filled restaurant, I expected to receive the normal, courteous service I expect at Applebees. WRONG. Our server, Kayla, was rude from the start, mentioning that the ringing cell phone in her apron pocket was a personal cal and then waving myself and my two dinner companions off when we told her we were ready to order. When she did return, I ordered a drink and a glass of water. The drink eventually came, but no water. She was in no hurry to return to our table, so I went to the bar to get the water. When I came back, I passed her and let her know that I had gotten the water myself and that she wouldn't need to. Rather than thank me and tell me she was busy, she thought it best to start an argument, announcing that she had 10 tables and was busy and couldn't we just wait.... Oh no......Again, waiting ...she finally came for our orders. Each of us ordered a burger. She asked each of us if we wanted pink or no pink. My answer was NO pink, please. it must be brown all the way through. Both of my dinner companions ordered pink...each of us ordered different sides and different cheese choices. After the argument, I asked a manager to come over to our table and he informed us he was THE manager ( he never mentioned his name). I explained the situation and requested a different server. he said he was sorry and would talk to "Kayla: and sent over a very nice, different server. When the burgers came, mine was almost raw and one of my companions that had ordered hers pink had the well done burger. As we had ordered different types of cheese, we couldn't just switch. The manager NEVER returned, and the rude waitress never came over to apologize. When the checks arrived, they were all wrong and had to be re-done.....what a disaster, Had they actually been busy, I could understand, but the restaurant was half empty. I usually love Applebees burgers but this visit was horrible. I will probably...

I have been going to Applebee's for a very long time. They are always busy, not only on Mother's Day. Trying to celebrate Mother's Day, we decide to choose this restaurant. We understood there would be a waiting period. We were informed by the manager that it would be about a 20 minute wait, which we said was fine. As the manager seated us, he did make a few jokes and was very nice, so definitely no complaints against him. It must have taken 20 minutes before the server asked what we would like to drink. Approximately 45 minutes before we were able to order our food. After an hour and and a half, the server comes over to inform my daughter, they are out of shrimp. Why did it take that long? As my mother and I received our entrees, my daughter had to wait for hers. The server never provided coasters for the drinks or salt and pepper. After sitting for so long, I requested a coffee. When I received it, it was only half full. The server never asked if we would like refills, if the food was okay, or if we needed anything else. My mother's entree was supposed to include gravy, and it didn't. She said it was completely dry. The hostess was unprofessional as she slouched on the podium. She continued to stare at my family and look dumbfounded, when we clearly needed assistance due to our server never coming back. My daughter went to ask her a question, and the hostess was extremely rude to her. The server never asked if we would like dessert or to-go containers. I'm not sure if maybe this person was new, but if that was the case, someone should have helped him out. I'm a delivery person, and stop by Applebee's quite often for my customers. It seems like the day crew is extremely nicer and more professional at their job. I feel like the night crew could care less about how they treat their customers. I have never been this disappointed when...
