My family comes to this location weekly and have been for years. Apparently, they have a new manager (and I'm guessing a new cook from tonights experience). My steak was ordered medium and came out very rare. No big deal informed the waitress (who was very awesome btw) and she took it back to be remade. While waiting for my steak, the "manager" came out carrying another steak for a different table and was complaining outloud about this was the third steak sent back. The manager then started yelling at the customer that he ate too much of the steak it to be wrong. My steak came out and was very well done. I just didn't eat it as I felt bad for the staff who were obviously trying very hard while being yelled at by this "manager." They also brought out some wings that were flavored I correctly. Again, we informed the waitress, and she got the correct flavor made. Another waitress told us we could just keep the wrong order to try. When the bill arrived (after giving our CC), we noticed they charged us for both wings. When we tried to inform the manager, he stated yelling and making a scene while telling us he called the police and we needed to leave. He then said he called the police on us. He refused to even hear what the issue was. Keep in mind that we spend at least $150 to $200 a week at this restaurant. Eventually (after about 30 minutes), the "manager" walked and handed me $10 and told us to leave (I told him I'd wait for the police to come and talk to them).    Read moreI ate here today around 1:30 pm and I was very displeased with the service. Our waitress was obviously not trained to perform her job. My wife and I both ordered iced tea , we got water. The waitress removed the water and spilled some of it on the table and didn't bother to wipe it up or offer us a napkin or anything to wipe it up ourselves. She couldn't understand our order so I had to show her a picture on the menu and even after that she couldn't understand that we both were ordering the same thing. After about 45 minutes we ask her when our meal would be ready she replied that she didn't know but she would check with the kitchen. She returned and stated that it would be ready in about 10 more minutes and asked why was that a problem ? We expressed our dissatisfaction with the long wait. After another 15 minutes she brought our meal but without silverware. She then brought me a refill and took my straw. After another 10 minutes she came by and I had to ask for another straw. She never asked my wife if she wanted a refill so we had to call her over to request a refill. Get ready , next she brought our bill and it was wrong ,it was someone else's bill . Well we finally got our bill and guess what ? It was wrong too she forgot to charge us for the iced tea. We also noticed that other customers were having problems too. This was not the first time I've eaten at this Applebee's but it is the first time I've had a problem there.    Read moreApproximately 2 weeks ago (yes I know a good time has passed but it has come to this) my family and I went to the restaurant as a regular customer. The experience was the worst we have ever had from any restaurant. The food was the worst. The burgers were charred and very over done. One of the burgers didnt have all the components on it, my daughters "boneless wings" were chicken tenders cut into strips and over done, my chicken alfredo and broccoli had 2 pieces of broccoli. I also ordered shrimp with it. The chicken and shrimp had burnt pieces on it. Yes I know they are grilled but having burnt pieces only on one side doesnt appeal to me at all. When the food finally came out, my food and sons food came out first and 10 minutes later the rest of it came out. This is very unacceptable. My frozen drink had clumps of ice in it and didnt have any salt or sugar on the rim. Multiple tables asked to speak to a manager and she stated she was too busy and would be out as soon as she could and we all waited a good 30-45 minutes and she never came out. I called the 800 complaint line, have not received a phone call back. Sent an email to district manager, still no response back. I even called and spoke to a manager. Still no follow up on how the situation is going to be handled. Very, very, very disappointing seeing as my family and I are regular customers. We will not be visiting the location for a while. The only people I feel bad for are the servers because they are the ones losing out on their money. Poor management leads to loss of customers which means less money...
