Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

UPDATED REVIEW: After being a loyal customer to this Arbys, I was recently shocked by my last & final visit. The general manager of the store had the indecency to tell us after 50 mins of being in the store that we weren't allowed to be there with all our bags. (Now by all our bags I'm talking about 4 laundry bags full of our clean laundry we just finished next door as we don't have a car, they were sitting in our booth with us). Then he had the nerve to say "you can't buy $5 worth of food & sit here all day" LOL I have never spend less than $15 per visit & this visit was no different....and seriously 50 mins in the store. I asked for my receipt so I could prove when I called corporate how short of a time we were in there & he refused to give it to me. It's honestly sad that a person can treat loyal customers that way...meanwhile there is an elderly couple across from us that were there longer than we were & not a word was said. Its called discrimination. We have done nothing wrong & you make assumptions & take different actions based on our appearance. I'm honestly not letting this go either, I will call corporate every single day if I have to, until something is done to justify being treated like garbage. I pray that man finds Jesus or whatever it is he is missing from his life to make him think we are lesser human beings than him & deserve to be treated like that. Shame on you Arbys for allowing a man with his ethics to run your store!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love this Arbys. The people are great & they recently remodeled the place so everything is nice and new.

My only complaints would be - 1. They no longer offer pepsi products (and we dont like coke products) so now we never know what to drink lol and 2. They dont accept coupons unless they're from your email or you have the paper....that is very aggravating bcuz I dont always have the coupons with us and why should it matter if its the paper or online? Its the same thing....they send the same coupons to everyone. So why does it matter? It doesnt.

But this location is still my favorite, the people that work here are fantastic & would highly recommend this Arbys...

Truthfully I must confess. This arby's location sadly concluded in unprofessional engagement. Having had forgotten my Gatorade back at the nest , struggling to push through an intense quick moving heat stroke whilst adventuring out again discovering new unknown nor advertised treasured must check out gems. Such as the Port Richey Aquatic Center and Rec ( huge beautiful family first approach. LOVE IT !! Can't wait to spend an entire day with my 3 lol boys there . To be continued. Lol xoxo Now where were we , oh the poor welcome sour engagement and just had to make it a fulfilling one a young lady working the register yet only been bitter . I Express my appreciation and declare my Hope's their day gos great , this young girl has the nerve replying with yeah thanks ! Yeah thanks check list - next heat stroke I sense coming on I'm booking it to arby's just for the fantastic experience the first time. It will be my treat this time . Feeling like you can survive a rough day includes but not limited to the given experiences shared with the folks who are responsible for enhancing our indulgences, sprinkling a little sweetness in there stuffing it full to the brim with savory saltiness . Waitresses and waiter's mostly selected for successful customer service skills and hands on professional behavior while at the workplace up holding the industries image and reputation. No life no professionalism and there was no reason given to convince me to go back just to waste hard earned cash wallowing in stankyness when I can save...

They close at 11 p.m. and I pulled up at about 10:45 p.m. . Order 2 beef and Cheddar's. I expected them to taste older or not as good as they would normally be. Beings that they were closing in 15 minutes and everything was probably put away or made way earlier in the day. But they were fresh as can be hot and wonderful. Most fast food restaurants if u go there right before they close or sometimes just certain parts of the day when they are slower or just past the lunch rush everything is old and u can tell it's been sitting on the shelf for a little while. But not this Arby's, not tonight, not them it was wonderful. And on top of that she was really nice at the drive thru. I said I was sorry it was so close to them closing that I just got off work and she smiled and said ( That's not a problem at all, we are happy u made it in time before we closed up. So Arby's and the nice lady at the drive thru in Port Richey on 19 at 10:45PM on Monday 11-12-18. I say Thank you. I never take the time to write a review good or bad. But u earned it tonight. Thank U again and I for sure will eat there...
