Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

Updated review to 2 stars from 5, here's why: the past handful of times we've come to this Location, service has been lackluster to say the least. From horribly slow service, literally EVERY time we come they are out of at least 1 thing I request, and invariable them giving us double Beef n cheddar when we ordered half pounds. But the absolute topper was coming through the drive through approximately 6pm yesterday (Sunday, June 27th) and ordering a French dip with our orders, receiving the food, and realizing that they did not include the au just. We immediately pulled through the drive through again and got an apology that they didn't have any made. WHY DID YOU SELL ME A FRENCH DIP WITH NO AU JUS? Quite literally in assuming they ran out, didn't check, and figured we wouldn't notice so just didn't say anything. So we got to sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes for less than a quarter cup of au jus, and the rest of our food was already cold. Horrible service here.

5 stars all the way! Why? I had issues with my visit here but rather than jump on social media and bash this place, I brought the concerns about my visit to Arby's attention via email. I received a phone call and had a nice conversation regarding my concerns. I was taken seriously, was given respect and received a sincere apology. I understand how unfair social media is with businesses. I also understand, concerns can't be addressed if they aren't brought to someones attention. Within a week of our conversation, I received cards in the mail for 4 meals. (We only bought 2 meals at the time of our negative experience) I appreciate the gesture of 2 free meals but when they sent 4, that signaled to me that this company is serious about making things right with dissatisfied guests. I will visit this store again and will highly recommend them in the future simply because of the way they addressed my concerns quickly, sincerely and fairly. Well done Arby's! Just came back from the NOT OPEN YET ARBY'S with nothing to eat, because of all the reviews that give the opinion that they are open and everything is great the food and the staff.

UPDATE: well went there this past weekend brought food home. My purchase was $32 with 4 coupons. Prices are not posted online so I had to guess when sending my husband in for meal. One sandwich that was$6.99 had only the meat on it there was supposed to be other things it also was on a burnt roll. Garbage it went. 2nd sandwich again on over cooked bun and dull. In the garbage. 3 rd sandwich not like it should be. Loaded curly fries was a joke only I wasn’t laughing. Onion rings overcooked, hard. Very disappointed, we were really hoping to have a new place to go instead of just hamburgers thin as paper.

UPDATE; March 2022. My husband and I stopped there to eat we were told they WERE OUT OF BEEF at around 7pm. Stopped there again with a friend. The sandwiches are so thin and are mushy. Would never eat there...
