They didn’t answer their phone. I was on the line for 15 min before my impatience took over. I wanted to confirm that pick up was available until 8 pm. Anyways I took the risk and drove over (45 min) got here at 7:30 James was already attending someone outside so it was pretty quick he looked at his palm pilot and already knew my name and told me he’d be out with my item. 10 min passed I was waking my dog and he came out flustered saying the remote has been misplaced... wasn’t sure if he was gonna tell me to come back another day but to my surprise he offered me a brand new version of the tv. (I was buying an open box) AT THE SAME PRICE! Totally didn’t mind waiting the extra time. Brand new 32 inch hi sense smart tv for $110 Thank you James and Best Buy for the awesome service!

I've been in this store few times. Normally you got to wait a long time till you find associate that's going to help you. They do a drive by without saying hello or can I help you find something. First impression means a lot in greeting and be able to help a customer by finding their wants and needs. We had the pleasure to deal with Blake. He turn a looker to a buyer, we we're looking for TVs with no intention to buy today. He Answered all our questions and concerns. We ordered our Tv and Blake talked us to get an extended warranty. After 30 years in sales and marketing enjoyed dealing with him. Will come back to the store for other purchases. Thank you.

I needed a computer to start a work from home job. I thought I was going to buy a laptop because I shop from home a lot and that’s what I had in mind. I decided to visit Best Buy. The tech savvy employees there shared with me something way better. I got an ALL IN One with an extra monitor. And they gave me an incredible open box price. What a steal. I’ve had this computer HP for 3,months. I made a very good decision. Thanks to the employees at Best Buy and me getting out the house to shop retail instead of online.

I needed a computer to start a work from home job. I thought I was going to buy a laptop because I shop from home a lot and that’s what I had in mind. I decided to visit Best Buy. The tech savvy employees there shared with me something way better. I got an ALL IN One with an extra monitor. And they gave me an incredible open box price. What a steal. I’ve had this computer HP for 3,months. I made a very good decision. Thanks to the employees at Best Buy and me getting out the house to shop retail instead of online.

I usually do NOT like to give businesses a bad review, however, this store has many, many, many issues that needs to be addressed. First off, they have NO customer service/skills. I went into this store, as its closest to my home, to purchase a new laptop. The employees that were working the day I went in the store were ALL playing on the computers. When I asked them a question about a laptop, I was ignored. He never even answered my questioned as he was too into whatever he was doing on the laptop to care about what I had asked. Secondly, in order to receive any assistance, if you call this assistance, I had to walk up to the front of the store and ask the guy in the yellow shirt if there were any employees that could help me or if there wasn't any at the moment if he could help me. He told me that he couldn't leave his work station, which I understood, however, when you aren't receiving the proper customer service, you would "think" a manager would step in to help you. I do NOT think there are any managers who work at this store and if there is a manager, Best Buy hired them off the street without any additional training whatsoever. I have a degree in Human Resource and every employee at this facility would be fired or they would receive the proper training to do their job correctly and provide superior customer service. Their work ethics at this point are totally obsolete. I'm unsure of whether or not corporate is aware of what is happening at this store, however, I fully intend to write the CEO/COO and address my concerns with them. I like Best Buy, however, this is the ONLY store that I find needs a total revamp in regards to the employees and managers. Going back to the day I wanted to purchase a laptop, the employee in the yellow shirt used his radio to call an employee to assist me since I was receiving no help in regards to my purchase. The same employee that was "playing" on the laptop answered and said that he was "busy" and that it would be a little bit before he could assist me. The ONLY thing he was busy doing was playing on the Apple laptop doing absolutely nothing. He wrote on a posted note not to "touch" the laptop as he was in the process of downloading or playing a game on there and didn't want to lose his place on the game. That laptop is the one that I was interested in purchasing, so after a 1/2 hour of going back and forth between employees and seeing if I could receive some assistance, I walked out and was completely disgusted by these employees behavior. They are VERY lucky that I am NOT their Human Resource director as I would've fired each and every one of them and ran that store on my own until I could find the help I needed; help that had work ethics and excellent customer service skills. In order to properly operate a business, you MUST possess excellent/superior customer service skills in order to keep clientele coming back to make purchases. This Best Buy is DEFINITELY losing sales as their employees are NOT doing their job the way they were hired to do it. There is definitely an issue with the management team. It seems as though they are lax in their work ethics as well, which will definitely have an effect on every employee that works at this particular store. If the management team stepped up and did their job the way they were supposed to do it, then I believe this store would be more successful as it is the only Best Buy in the Spring Hill area besides the Port Richey location. I have bought MANY items from Best Buy this year alone, including a new Stainless steel fridge, stove, and Dishwasher. This Best Buy also lost a sale when I went to purchase a new washer and dryer at the same time I bought the above mentioned items as once again there was absolutely NO one around when I had questions about these items. I didn't have time to walk around the store chasing down employees. All in all, I would LOVE to work for this Best Buy. There would DEFINITELY be a turn around at the store in Spring Hill, FL and I bet the current employees...

On Sept 21, 2021, my fragile, elderly mother and sister went to the Best Buy in Spring Hill to purchase a refrigerator. After looking at the models and speaking with the salesperson, they selected a Whirlpool model to be delivered on Sept 23, 2021, between 7am and 1pm. There was no ice maker in this model, but one could be purchased for $49.95 and the service charge to install was $99.95. This would be installed on October 22, 2021, between 7 am and 1pm. We verified the delivery date for Sept. 23, 2021. On Sept 23, the old refrigerator was emptied. Nobody came to the house, no calls. After numerous attempts to call after 2 pm, we found out that the refrigerator was not due to be delivered until October 24, 2021, between 7 am and 1 pm. We waited on hold for an hour. We were disconnected twice. So, my elderly mother and sister went back to Best Buy to speak to a manager. He was very apologetic and offered a 10% rebate on the refrigerator. We took it, and a new date was set for Sept. 27, 2021, 7 am to 1pm. On Sept. 27, 2021, the refrigerator was delivered around 9 am. The delivery men pushed the old refrigerator into the middle of the kitchen, plugged in the new refrigerator and left. When we asked them if they could put the old refrigerator in the garage, a mere few feet from where it was, they said there would be a charge of $29.95. It was the same fee to remove it, or to just move it. So, they completely blocked off the sink, stove, and dishwasher in the home of an elderly person who could not move it. We had to call for someone else to come move it. On Oct. 22, 2021, the ice maker should have been delivered. We waited from 7am to 1pm before calling. The store had given us a direct 800 line. After an hour of being on hold, and being disconnected twice, I talked to someone who said that our appointment was on Oct. 25, 2021. We should have been notified via email. We don’t have email. On Oct. 25, 2021, 2 men came to install the ice maker. It took them 10 minutes. When I asked how soon the ice maker would be working, we were told 24 hours. If it didn’t work correctly, we needed to call Whirlpool for someone to come out. On Oct. 27, 2021, after 56 hours, I asked how the ice maker was doing. She said it was not right. When I opened the freezer door, there was a large pancake-like chunk of ice in the bucket. It had a few chunks of ice cubes in it, but it was frozen solid. My mother said it just wasn’t working right. I asked if it had been refilling the tray on top. She said yes. So where were the ice cubes? I put my hand to the back of the wall and could fit all my fingers between the bucket and back wall of the freezer. So, the ice cubes should be on the bottom shelf. I took out the food in the front, but there were no cubes. It was frozen all the way across the back. She said that it was because the bucket was a poor fit. But why not cubes? Why is there a whole frozen mess on the bottom shelf in the freezer? I called the Whirlpool number. They will send someone out on Nov 8, 2021, 8 am to 4 pm. If this is not a manufacturer defect, we will be charged $130 service fee. All we wanted to do was to purchase a new refrigerator with an ice maker. A month later, and this is still an ongoing saga. The management and sales people could care less. Stay away from...

I recently decided to add another sub woofer to my Sonos Home Theater system which already had 6 components. (All or most of those 6 components were previously purchased from the Best Buy in Spring Hill FL) I knew exactly what I wanted and found a leftover brand new Gen 3 subwoofer (black) for a great price on bestbuy.com. I put the subwoofer in my cart and was ready to check out when it occurred to me that the Best Buy in Spring Hill might have the same product in stock at the same price. If they did have it in stock locally, then I could pick it up the same day and I would be supporting my local Best Buy location. So, I left the subwoofer in my cart online and made a quick call. The Best Buy rep at their Spring Hill location told me they didn't have it in stock, and he asked if I wanted him to place the order for me. I told him: "No thank you, I already have the item in my online cart and I am ready to check out." Within a few minutes of hanging up the phone, I received a surprising email from Best Buy which stated:

"We've created a cart for you on BestBuy.com with the items you were interested in. Use this link to review your items and place your order."

Based on the circumstances, that email might have been more accurate if it had stated: "We have RECREATED a cart for you because the Best Buy Rep you spoke to wants to get credit for the sale even though you explicitly told him not to place the order on your behalf because you had already put the item in your online cart and were ready to check out before you ever spoke to him"

The circumstances strongly suggest that the guy I spoke to at the local Best Buy had picked my name/ph number from caller ID, pulled up my existing account from the prior purchases and added himself to the sale despite the fact that: 1) I told him not to place any order for me and 2) he did not sell me anything or provide any product information other than " We don't have that in stock."

Some time after I had purchased and received the subwoofer through bestbuy.com, I received an email asking for feedback on my purchase experience. I provided detailed feedback similar to what I just stated above and I gave very low ratings. Sadly, nobody from bestbuy.com has attempted to contact me regarding my negative feedback. This suggests that nobody at bestbuy.com is paying attention to the after sale survey responses or they simply don't care if their store reps disregard a customer's wishes and engage in shady behavior. Heck, my initial perception may not have been accurate and I was open to changing my evaluation if justified by a logical and believable explantion from anybody at Best Buy.

So I now have to post this review on the local Best Buy store to see if they care enough to respond. I spent several thousand dollars on an Arc soundbar, 2 ERA 300's, 2 Five's and 1 Gen 3 sub all or most of which were purchased from this store initially and then recently added another Gen 3 sub purchased via bestbuy.com. (I also purchased a 75" Samsung TV from Best Buy in Spring Hill less than 2 years ago) I would expect somebody at Best Buy to address my concerns and try to retain me as a customer for...
