Ok, anyone who goes through my reveiws knows I don't complain and rate everything as I see through others eyes besides just my experiences. This time I have some major issues with this company. I placed an online order that went to wrong location, I contacted this store as the app says to do and was told he will not refund my order and hung up on me. Since this is a 727 number in hernando county I am guessing it's a cellphone. Now worse .... company? What company, what accountability? Well simply put there isn't any. You can email them and hope and pray someone responds In a few days after the issues have happened (like stealing my money) but no, you have to email them and wait 3 days or more to even get a response back. After that time, my money is still sitting in the hands of this thief. This isn't cheap food either. To make things worse the place I was at to pick up my food told me to google an 800 number that doesn't exist and still managed to get my order wrong while trying to google a number I feel they know don't exist. So that means they know there is no accountability, they are owned by 2 different people, and how many other franchises also know this from Charlie's? So stolen money and wrong orders, poor app design obviously since it put my order at the wrong store. Honestly not my doing, I selected the store near 34601, but standing there still managed to get my order wrong after no help from them what so ever.... this is poor poor company management that is allowed to exist .... ok done with my rant..... beside the sandwich is not worth 15 to 20 bucks ... sorry ...
Update: It's been a while with no resolve, guess at this point I lost my money, my time, my breath, and my points. Contacting the main place has had no resolve, except to turn it over to the store, the store still only goes straight to Voicemail. As for the contact number that was left for me to call..... also just straight to voicemail. This is an app issue, however, you think that the store owners would help, or the company to fix such a simple issues. However one store owner already refused to give me a refund, and the other store owner refused to help me... sent me to a non-existent 800 number, tells me that Charley's really needs to get there stores in order to help others. I guess this getting to the point in this world that we only care about the money and not the people. With that being said....... how is the food treated ( fillers, portions, etc)? Sad,...
   Read moreI would give this establishment 0 stars. I ordered 2 subs and 2 fries for delivery. Once I received the order I realized the subs were completely wrong and I was missing an order of fries. I drove all the way across town waising money on gas to have my food remade.The owner was very confrontational and tried to intimidate me he suggested I was being unfair and that some how the door dash driver was to blame.(the driver isn't the one making the subs). He remade the food asked multiple times what was supposed to be on the subs we informed him several times. I recieved the new food and noticed he did not put ranch on the new sandwich like I had ordered both times. He then proceeded to get loud with me and demand I pay for the ranch. His whole staff tried to blame the door dash driver again for the incorrect food. I'm sorry but the door dash driver did not add or remove condiments on my subs. But as we where sitting there eating we saw an employee pull trash can out to dig in it for trays and baskets (understand got to get them) but then didnât wash his hands after. He proceeds to Walmart side and gets a cart goes shopping wasnât gone for 2 minutes. He returns with two cases of water. Still has not washed his hands from digging in the trash, my youngest daughter starts to vomits. She is borderline germ a fob. I blocked the vomit and helped my daughter while making sure no other customers saw it out of curiosity. The man told me to move so they can clean it up. I was leaving store before I was even out the front entrance with the girls he was talking badly and bad mouthing me and the girls as I was leaving to another couple in there who was still eating.
