T.J. Maxx — Local services in Spring Hill

it is Thursday 10/16 at 6:45 PM. I was shopping in the store with my mother and was trying to decide if i was going to purchase a bottle of hair spray. I sprayed it to the left of my face to smell it, and she very rudely let me know i could not smell it. I quickly apologized and put it back, and she continue to use foul language and yess at me for not knowing this rule.

when my mom simply asked “why are you being rude she didnt know?” to which she responded “well dont you know, why didnt you teach her”

and then continued to tell every other worker in the store about us while pointing.

im not one to get offended or leave reviews, but this woman ruined our shopping experience and genuinely hurt my moms feelings.

when i asked to speak to a manager i was informed it was her. so not only was it an employee, but someone who is supposed to be in charge and above. think she needs a lesson in customer service before she is given any more shifts… but thats just one...

Me and my family went in the store a while back and my daugther wanted to try on the shirt to show me and my mother in law went with her . And this older lady she had long white colored hair that was working and accused my daughter of stealing the shirt she would not let her go back in the dressing room to change back in her own shirt . An she had to look at my daugthers own shirt to see if she was stealing that to And another coworker told her coworker she just trying the shirt on , and I had to go tell them she was trying the shirt on to show me she not stealing the shirt you are racially profiling and accusing my 9 yr old daughter of stealing . They didnt even apologized we are a Hispanic family and seening my 9 yr old daughter being wrongly accused of something like this its unacceptable we are never going...

Hopefully I can come back and give a better review at a later date but yikes. This store is a massive disappointment. It’s quite small and it’s been over half empty since opening day. Doesn’t matter what you are looking for the shelves are empty. Socks, shoes, purses, home decor, dog treats etc. There is no seasonal decor out (at the time of review it would be 4th of July merch) I even asked one day about their truck schedule and was told we have a truck now but no one to work it. Sales are down but I go into this store at least once a day since opening and you never have anything I’m looking for so I leave empty handed. Put a lot of merchandise out so I can shop! Lord knows there is plenty of room on...
