Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

The food here is okay, but it's nothing to get too excited about. I like Arby's in general, but this place is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes their food is over cooked, sometimes it's perfect. I think your best chance at getting good food is to go during non-meal hours, like in between lunch and dinner, but not after dinner because I've had worse food during that time period. They also tend to get the order wrong, nothing major, sometimes when I ask for a specific type of cheese they give me another type, or they give me an onion bun when I said NO onion bun, I absolutely can't stand those nasty buns-Yuck. But when they get the food right, it's usually pretty good. It's definitely not a home cooked meal, but compared to other fast food places I would have to rate this as a 3 star "okay". I don't go here often because the food and service just don't "wow" me. Not saying the employees are bad, and I've never had a bad experience with them, but they don't go out of their way to act nice or courteous either. So if you're hungry and are in the mood for Arby's food and you don't feel like driving to the one in Starke, then go ahead and stop at this one, just make sure to check your food before leaving so you know they got your order right. Oh, and the pumpkin cheesecake shake is actually pretty good, so I'd definitely recommend that to all the pumpkin pie lovers out there. And lastly, the one good thing I have noticed here and wanted to comment on, is the cleanliness of this restaurant, it is extremely clean for a fast food place. I'm talking shining tiles and sparkling stainless steel, it's also very well planned out. I have never seen this place dirty. Went to the Arby's in OP and I live in Middleburg as you know is a good 15 to 20 minutes drive. We ordered $35 worth of food and asked for PLENTY of Arby's sauce. They bagged it all in one bag and technically was thrown our order, slammed the window almost in my face. I asked her before she was rude if our sauce was in the bag and she said yes. Then slammed window again. We drive home and low and behold not a single packet of Arby's sauce. I tried calling the store to complain but never got an answer. I would have done the survey and complained that way but my receipt was lost. Also while in the line waiting for my food was crew members "Snapchat photo shoots" and sitting on the job on a ladder not meant for a butt. We visited on May 24 at right at 5pm. The manager was changing out drive thru drawers which tells me the rude drive thru attendant was done for the day and was not happy to wait on any more paying guests.
