Worst Arby’s we’ve ever been to. The server at the register was rude from the beginning and it got worse. The fountains were out of service and we didn’t know until after we got our cups so we were going to get a refund because we figured they must have been out of service in the back as well because she wouldn’t speak to us. When we asked for a refund she said she would have gotten our drinks from the back if we would have just asked but she knew the fountains were out so why would we have to ask when she straight up let us know she didn’t even want to wait on us. Then she got our drinks and wouldn’t be clear in which one was the Diet Coke and said she don’t have time for this and if we just want a refund then just get one. She was the rudest person with the nastiest attitude i e encountered in a wry long time. My husband told another customer that he’s happy he doesn’t live here and she hollered after us that she’s happy we don’t either. There was also a customer who didn’t speak English very well and was still trying to get a drink from the fountain and the cashier said nothing to her about it not working and offered no help. There’s just no reason to be so ugly to everyone and I hope she gets reprimanded and I hope she adjusts her attitude for...
Read moreJust came through here for lunch off the Interstate. Two stars because the food was good, but service was atrocious. We just ordered two combo meals (3 piece tender combo with sweet tea and a Reuben combo with a large coke) and two floats. Nothing complicated or modified. The gal at the window rang up my tender meal as a kids meal (which I was fine with because that’s what we paid for apparently), then after giving us just the kids meal and our two floats tried to send us off. We were like “uh we still need the Reuben and our other two drinks and ketchup and ranch” and the gal kept closing the window on us, giving us one item at a time and we had to specifically ask for each missing item. She was obviously annoyed, and we just wanted the food we paid for that was clearly on our receipt (which she asked to see and we gave her, and she never gave it back). We had to ask for ketchup and ranch at least 5 times before she heard us because she kept closing the window in our faces. I’m normally very understanding and forgiving at restaurants because I know it’s a high-pressure job, but that was just really rude and frustrating, especially because she kept glaring at us like we were a bother to her. At least the food was good when we finally...
Read moreI went through the drive thru today around 3pm. I placed my order and specifically told the lady that I needed/wanted Horsey AND Arby's sauce, due to the fact that I have had one or the other left out of orders over the years (NOT at just this particular location). When I pulled around to the window and the lady was getting my order together, SHE questioned and verified my request before I even had an opportunity to ask a second time. I thought to myself, "Yay! She's on the ball!" and felt confident enough in the accuracy of my order to drive away and not check. My mistake and I will accept responsibility for wrongly trusting someone's word. Now I know that's really not a big deal to most but I don't live in Marianna. I live the next town over. AND I bought that meal for my dinner, which I wasn't going to eat at 3pm, so I did not discover that I had NO sauce whatsoever until 9pm... when I was really hungry and looking forward to eating my sandwich EXACTLY as I had requested. If you can't get it right after you've confirmed it yourself then maybe you need to find different employment lady! And Arby's needs to stress better accuracy on people's orders because this happens...
