Let's start off with the presentation from the buffet apparently we came in after a Sunday afternoon rush hour so I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt as far as how fast it took them to refill the pizzas it wasn't too long but it was long enough. Let's Talk customer service Adriana waiter / trainer when you first meet and greet customer you should always meet them with silverware at the table , followed up with drink orders and their order if they're not ready you give them min . ( This wonderful waiter / trainer thought she can bring out our silverware with our drinks by that time we were already waiting to eat ) once we received our drinks and our silverware .are wonderful waiters / trainer was MIA pretty much through the whole course until I had to use my own personal phone to call her manager and ask for a refill on me and my husband and our kids drinks . Are wonderful trainers / waiter comes out and feels only my husband and I not our kids . Needless to say I thought the problem was fixed I proceeded to finish my meal and wait for my server to return so that I may place a small to go order. Guess what you guessed it right are wonderful waiter / trainer never returned again, so I decided to call and place a to-go order over the phone so I did just that upon placing my order call placing my order the managers dated an asked was there anything else I want it such as a pizza or salad and I had to inform him no sir I'm actually dining in and just want to places to go order seeing as though my waiter has not returned to further assist. The manager then decides to tell he's sorry and your waiter is in training and we will try to have it to you as soon as possible.At this moment sympathy sets in for our waiters flash trainer sympathy sets in for our waiter/trainer , until she decides to confront us and asks me did you place an order okay next time just ask me you don't have to call and at the moment me and my husband realize we can't ask you anything if we don't see you. And furthermore it is your job to ask the customer if they need anything not the other way around. Went there tonight for dinner. We ordered the pizza and I got a salad bar. As I was up there, i noticed a black spot in the French dressing, picked the scooper up to look at it and it was a bad fly. Now, I'm not one of those people who freak out bugs because I know they can't control a fly coming in, can't control them getting on the food either, that's just nature. But what you can do, is when you are made aware of the problem like I did with our waitress, you can remove the dressing to make sure no one eats a dead fly. After 45 minutes after ordering/slash telling our waitress, it was still not removed. A lady went up to the salad bar and I watched her to make sure she wasn't going for the French, buy she did. I grabbed our waitress and told her that it was still there and that lady was using French dressing. She looked at me and then at the lady and said Ok. She then walked away WITHOUT informing the poor lady that she needed to make her a new salad. I finally told her that she needed to make a new salad because obviously our waitress wasn't. So after waiting 45 minutes for our pizza, having mushrooms on my pizza (which I hate!), and then our waitress ignoring the dead fly, I was rightfully upset and asked for a manager. He did remove the dressing and gave us a discount but I felt like people should be made aware of the problem of...

Today I visited the Pizza Hut in Marianna, Fl by Interstate 10. I am wondering why this location hasn't been visited by the health department?! There were only 2 clean tables out of the 5 that were available. After seating ourselves, we went ahead and ordered the buffet. Once we saw it, there were only 3 items on the buffet (a side from the salad,). I asked about restocking the buffet and was very Ridley told they are working on it. I then went to sit back down and looked around as I waited . The carpet was EXTREMELY gross and slippery. I looked around and there was dried food on the wall of the booth I was sitting next to. On the floor section, there appeared to be some sort of spillover that dried black in puddles. I was so disgusted I could not eat! My sons were really looking forward to eating pizza hut as it's one of their favorites. The local health department definitely needs to pay this place a visit.
