Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

We to this Arby's after work for some dinner and they were far too busy playing and joking around while handling my money after I paid them 29$ they came back and said I owe 7$ when my order total was 28.26, (they actually owed me money) so then they had the district manager come to the window and she took my receipt and asked for my money that was in the car for some odd reason and purposely gave me the same money back but it was in different bill just to play it off and then she hurried up and left the store because she knew I would return and when I did returne and demand my money for the third time the other MANAGER NICOLE lied and said I threatened her with a gun and called the police on me and after the sheriff arrived I gave my side of the story and he went inside and had them count their register and give me back my money. I whitnessed NICOLE try to get one of her employees attention by calling out LITTLE GIRL GET OVER HERE! This woman disrespects her employees. Even though i got my money back I am still a UNHAPPY customer due to a high lack of professionalism and dishonesty and false accusations to the police I hope my experience and this Arby's location is useful to anyone that reads this. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I recommend you all to get your dinner some place els for hassle free...

Dear Arby's..... you charge me $5 for a "regular" size salad that is the size of the palm of my hand with 2 pieces of meat in it...... you are lucky I was too hungry to go back and get a refund.... this should be considered a "side salad" portion because in every other place I ever got a regular size salad for $5 was the size of a normal size plate container you would serve a salad in with lots of meat and a side salad of this size is usually about $2-$3... the container was so small that the dressing packet was bigger than the tiny little soup bowl container you call a "regular size" was... for $5 I could have went to Wendy's or other places that serve regular size salads that are at least 3 of these microscopic size bowls put together... not only was I robbed but I was underserved the meat that I actually paid for.... and you guys asked me if I wanted a regular or super size salad... if this is a regular then what is your super size? I'm guessing an actual REGULAR size container ..... never again .... guys don't ever order a salad from Arby's unless you are only in the mood for a very small salad meal .......

Today something terrible happened when I was waiting for my order. I want the owners of the restaurant to see this because what I seen was unacceptable behavior from a manager or supervisor. I always order from here bc it’s close to my house but after today I won’t support arbys if this what they allow. So while I was waiting the manager was yelling and cursing loudly at the employee while there were at least five customers in the lobby. after she was done yelling and cursing she went to the back and continue to yell as if she didn’t care about the paying customers in the lobby. There was one girl with braids in her hair at the register she was very nice and helpful they seemed to be understaffed so I didn’t complain but I felt horrible about what I witnessed also the manager never apologized to the customers or employees for behaving that way.
