My recent visit to Brass’s Steakhouse was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff set the tone for an excellent dining experience. The ambiance is a perfect blend of upscale and cozy, making it ideal for both a date night or a casual dinner with friends.
For my meal, I ordered the Prime Churrasco, which was absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and packed with smoky, savory flavor. It had just the right amount of char on the outside while remaining melt-in-your-mouth delicious on the inside. Paired with white rice and black beans, the dish was well-balanced, hearty, and satisfying. The black beans were seasoned just right, adding a rich and earthy flavor to complement the steak, while the rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation of every component on the plate.
My girlfriend opted for the burger and fries, and while it’s often hard for a simple dish like that to stand out, Brass’s Steakhouse managed to elevate it to something truly memorable. The burger was perfectly juicy, with high-quality beef that had a fantastic, smoky char. It was loaded with fresh toppings and a soft, toasted bun that tied everything together. The fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned to perfection—a simple but essential element done exceptionally well.
Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and every staff member we interacted with was professional and friendly. It’s rare to find a restaurant that excels in both food and hospitality, but Brass’s Steakhouse has managed to strike that balance effortlessly.
Overall, Brass’s Steakhouse delivered an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you’re a steak lover looking for something exceptional or someone who enjoys classic comfort foods like a great burger and fries, this place is sure to impress. I can’t wait to return and try even more items from their menu. If you haven’t been to Brass’s yet, do yourself a favor and make a reservation—you...
Read moreFirst time I come here with my wife and family to try it out since it's new in lehigh location. We order the "make our own picada" menu since it says that it's 1 lb per meat selection and 1/2 lb of the third pick which is seafood. Before we order that, we ask the server how the portion is going to be for 1 lb ( small, medium size or big size portion) and the server explained that it's 1 lb per meat but he's missing our point, we ask how big is the portion size of each meat and the server kept saying that is 1 lb. He probably didn't understand our question but we went ahead and order that since it's $60 for 2 people and we were expecting big portion due to the price. So when they brought what we ordered, the portions were 3 piece of 3" picahna (we ordered churrasco but they switched to picahna for some reason) , 3" of chicken with bacon wrap and 9 pieces of grilled shrimp. The portions and the size of the meat were not even 1 lb, more like less than half pound. So we complained about it and the server ask us if we want the manager and we said yes. So the manager came and ask what's wrong, we explained the reason of our complain and he said that that's what we ordered and it comes in that type of portion but we explained to the manager that we were expecting bigger portion since we are paying $60 for it. So i asked the manager if we can change the plate for something elese and he says that he can't do that. So unprofessional and i was very upset because i ended up paying $111 for that plate plus 3 bottle of waters, a soda, 3 sides, service charge (not sure what for) and $18 of tip due to large party size. I can go to Gandules, Rodigio brazilian restaurant, embers, and El gaucho inca and get big portiins of meat for less money that i paid here at Brasas. Never coming back here with my family again, bad first experience with food and service, so...
Read moreWe ordered drinks, empanadas, picada, lobster bisque, sides, and some desserts. The service was amazing, our waitress was Laura N., she was attentive, professional, and friendly. She made recommendations, checked our table often, and made sure we had a good experience. The food was awesome! The meats were cooked as ordered, the lobster bisque was flavorful and thick, the tostones and fries were fresh and crispy, rice and beans had the right consistency and flavor. The churro and flan were perfect! The only thing that was awful was the tiramisu, very bitter, probably an error, and I would have liked for them to remove it from our bill as it was not edible and they could see it was left almost intact, it won’t stop us from going back, but just a warning for others.
We are definitely hoping this restaurant succeeds because we need places like this in Lehigh Acres. I do hope that the owners or whoever responds to reviews take a different approach when faced with a negative comment. Some people are never happy and would complain about everything without justification, but the responses I read from the owner came across as condescending and not so professional, even if you as the owner are right, don’t go down to an ignorant level, keep...
