Love this location! Jodi and her team do their best with the insane amounts of people coming thru this place.
Sometimes it gets really busy here. Pro tip: if you pull up and see a long line or lots of people inside and you know you don’t have more than 5 minutes to spare or else you’ll be “late for work” then just don’t do it to yourself. Don’t make yourself late for work because you didn’t have enough common sense to read the room and know the wait will put you behind. There’s no use in being nasty to people that have no control over the massive amounts of orders coming in all at once.
For the people on their way to work order ahead on the app a good 15-20 minutes or give yourself more time in the morning if you plan on waiting in line. (Park and go inside to pick up your mobile order so you don’t get caught up in that drive thru line)
Everyday I come here I have a great experience and I’m never disappointed. Either manage your time better or plan ahead with the app and you’ll never have issues with the wait.
Also, just a little pet peeve of mine that I see people do… if it’s busy, don’t place your order up front and then immediately run down to the end where they hand the drinks off and stare at the person making drinks until your order comes out.
Your wait will be a lot more comfortable if instead you place your order, sit down and wait to hear your name called out. Standing at the end staring at them makes them nervous and let’s be honest, if it’s busy it may be like a 10-20 minute wait. You will have a lot more patience if you’re sitting down during that wait. Read moreI came here last week for a drink and two sandwiches. I had already received my drink so I was waiting for my sandwiches and one of the employees came up to me to see if she can help with anything. I told her I was just waiting for some sandwiches so she said she would go check on them. I saw her walk up to the girl that was preparing them and she was already about to come bring me the food…but I guess the girl that had attended me startled her and caused her to drop the sandwiches. Then the girl that was helping me picked them up and brought them to me after picking them up OFF THE FLOOR! I told her I saw them drop it and bring it to me without throwing those away and making new ones. And she tried to lie to my face saying that the other girl had remade them but thats impossible cause I saw the whole thing and it wouldve taken atleast another 5 minutes to remake them both and she came back to me in 2 seconds. I get accidents happen but dont go serving customers food that was on the floor. Its disgusting. Im sure these girls wouldnt wanna eat something thats been on the floor so why try and serve it to me? If you drop something you remake it. I was very disappointed by this. They have many of the Starbucks foods and drinks available at others. There has been A LOT of people coming over today thorough the DRIVE-THRU and INSIDE the store so please be mindful of that. Everyone is still getting settled but everyone is very welcoming. There are A LOT of seats and tables both inside and outside (it’s covered).
UPDATE 03/19/23:
Removed 1 star because of the inconsistency in the availability of food/drinks, times it takes to get your order whether it is walk-in or drive thru, and open hours. For example, it’s a Sunday at 5:58pm and the doors are closed but there are people inside and drive thru is full…and store hours outside the door says it should be open until 8:30pm. No matter what day or time I come in, it may take 15min for me to receive my order, it may take 20 or even 25min. They may have an iced lemon loaf, they may not. I’m assuming it’ll take them a while to understand who their customer is, what they usually eat, how much stock they should have on hand, etc. But since this is a Starbucks in an area where high demand was already expected (there is no other Starbucks nearby at least 15min away), high expectations not being met are a high contributing factor in the store’s low overall rating in the first...
