Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I wish 0 stars was an option for this location. I did a mobil order. Went through the drive thru with one car that pulled up at the box to order behind me. As soon as I got to the window I was told to park, I asked why and a very RUDE employee named Pablo yelled over the shoulder of the girl at the window- because your order is so large. We had 11 items, 6 regular tacos.....if this is a really large order what do you do when people order the party pack. I pulled around the building and there was already someone walking out with my order, which shows I didn't need to be parked in the first place. I checked my order and had 5 soft tacos instead of the 6 that were ordered. My daughter ran in to ask for the 6th taco and they wanted the bag brought back in, for which they did not check. I said give me a refund this is ridiculous and was told no, I asked for the number to corporate and was told it was on the back on the receipt. I looked and said no it's not, the same guy Pablo said I'm not giving it to you have a good day. The employees need some customer service training in this location. What is the purpose of doing a pickup order if you have to be parked and...

This place has really went down hill. My family and I was dining in on 12/12/20. The girl at the counter seen us standing waiting to place our order. After 10 minutes an employee that was on break sitting in the dining room yelled.... FRONT COUNTER! Now keep in mind they was 3 of us. After every single item we ordered she would say “dat all?” Common sense would tell you 3 of us aren’t splitting a bean burrito and a small drink! She was so annoyed with us bring our business! She gets our drinks after another 5 minutes with no straws. I ask for them and she tells me I have to wait it will be in da bag! Like?? Why hand the drinks out without straws. We get our food and needless to say The steak quesadilla didn’t have meat or cheese throughout it. Extra cheese I paid for wasn’t there! The whole crew doesn’t seem to want to be here. No customer service, bad moods! Words to the owners! Lots of people need jobs and wants to work.... I own a business myself and of this is the team I had I’d replace everyone of them or shut the store down till I could find better... P.S that now will be all MY ORDER IS...
