Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

A cashier named Joann L. cursed me out because I ordered a pizza that wasn’t a ready made and I told her I’ll wait so when I went to pay for it she told me to order something else because I guess it’s to much work for her. The second time I went there the same cashier Joann L. was taking my order. I ordered a pizza that wasn’t ready made so she went quiet on the microphone for about 2 minutes than Joann said it will be a 10 minute wait. I said it’s alright I’ll wait. Then she got mad at me at the window, because of this, Joann snatched my debit card out of my hand than she said pull up to the curb. I pulled up to the curb waiting about 40 minutes thinking Joann forgot about my order so I went to the reserve sign to wait for my food. Joann comes out the door 20 minutes later screaming at me and disrespecting me because I moved locations with my car. Joann said, “I don’t have time to look for you and I don’t care if you are a customer I have things to do!” Joann told me to get my life together causing me to go home crying to my parents because I’m only 17. I didn’t say anything back to her because I’m too scared of strangers yelling at me and being mean to me. I never knew a worker like Joann could be so rude and disrespectful to me just cause I ordered something that wasn’t a hot and ready item. I will never go back to this place ever again because of a person...

BEWARE..RUDE MAANGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES VERY VERY SLOW..........Waited in drive threw for 22minutes with only one car ahead of me then I back out and wen in side and 3 customer were in front on me while waiting in line inside for 10 more minutes then the customers left with no help I get to the counter and still no help.....there manager was Heather they say ..and a guy with glasses would tell me his name.....but here the kicker I had to go back outside and go there driver threw to get my food....while the black girl and white girl outside playing around smoking cigarettes..............this place is horrible service and everybody on 2nd shift is rude........funny thing I told them I was putting this review and they offer me free pizza .....lol I want good service not free food......I'd give this store a negative 10 if I could.......... I'd fire whoever was the Manager last night 12/23/2021 8:45pm and all employees if I was owner........the owner in Naples or bonita springs don't run there stores that...

I VISITED LITTLE CESAR'S LEHIGH ON MON AUG 29, 2022 @ 9:16PM THRU DRIVE-UP - ONLY TO GET HOME & BIT INTO A NICE READY & HOT PIECE SLICE AND CAME OUT WITH A LONG, WAVY RED HAIR BAKED IN MY SLICE- UUUGGHH! MADE ME SICK! I RETURNED NEXT DAY TO SHOW MGR ON DUTY AND REQUESTED GM - WHO WOULD BE IN TODAY AND CALL ME. HE-TYLER, DID NOT! AND WHEN I TRIED TO CALL AGAIN- MY NUMBER WAS BLOCKED FROM REACHING THEM! THE MGR ON DUTY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE GM OR HEADQUARTERS -WHICH LEAD ME TO POST THIS! THE MANAGER SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO, EXCEPT SPEAK TO EMPLOYEE, MAEABELL ABOUT PREPARING CAREFULLY, NEXT TIME- I SAID WHY NOT REQUIRE ALL EMPLOYEES PREPARING FOOD TO COVER ALL HAIR DURING OPERATION!?? THEY BOTH LAUGHED! SEE ATTACHED PICTURE OF HAIR IN BAGGIE SHOWN TO STAFF YESTERDAY: OKay, google will not allow me to attach the photo, why not? Cann't even paste a picture of it! Protecting the business, I guess? believe me, it was too disgusting...
