Subway — Restaurant in Florida

This location has drastically declined. We used to visit this store multiple times per week. We stopped going for a while because it declined. Recently went back but the last 2-3 times I've been in there I've been shocked at what is going on. A couple of months ago there was a hair laying in a container of meat. I pointed it out and the girl didn't say anything or take care of it, just kept looking at me waiting to hear what kind of sandwich I wanted. Yeah, no thanks.

Today, 3 young girls (around 12:30) None of them overly friendly. 2 of them looked like they just rolled off of their mom's couch. Their hair was not contained with a hair net. I should have taken a picture but didn't want to completely embarrass them. But truthfully, they should be embarrassed to show up to work like that. Hair was everywhere. Not even neatly back in a ponytail or bun. Just a messy (and not in a cute way) lump on top of her head with it falling out and hanging down. Absolutely disgusting. One of the girls seemed ok and like she knew what was going on. But the other two... unbelievable. The girl with the overly disgusting hair was at the register for the most part (thank God) but just casually leaning on the wall and giggling when she messed up. It took 10 minutes to pay for my food because she kept screwing something up with the peoples order in front of me. I absolutely WILL NOT be back to this location. Absolute trash. I'd like a...

After walking out of the Homestead store I came here hoping the service would be better. At 8:35 I walked into the store and both techs were sweeping and mopping the floors, I was told I would have to make a cash only purchase, I responded that was what I was told 2weeks ago I don’t carry cash so I was not able to get sandwiches. I commented to that fact and was told maybe she could reboot(my word) the system and it may work, I responded that would be nice! After rebooting the system came online and it would accept credit cards. I said great. I started to order 3 foot long sandwiches, 1 being a meatball, I was told they did not have any meatballs made. I walked out. I have been told by this store and the Homestead store over 50% of the time they don’t have any meatballs heated up. Again I blame the lack of qualified mgmt for the poor customer...

I wish I could give no stars. Upon entering the restaurant the two employees informed my friend and I that they couldn’t start making our order until all online orders were fulfilled. She was quite rude so, I asked the one young lady young lady if one to work on online orders while the other fixed our sandwiches. She stated that the manager told them to do so. I asked for the manager’s name she wouldn’t tell me but said that she would be in tomorrow at six. While waiting, I noticed that the sandwich prep station was unclean and started to take pictures so I can show the manager my concerns. The one lady then told me she has right to refuse service and asked me to leave because she felt threatened. She also stated that I was not a paying customer because at this point I didn’t want the food but was waiting...
