Big Smoke BBQ & Catering — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I got a Chicken Sandwich thinking it would be a prepared sandwich but we got 2 chunks of bone in chicken with 2 cheap pieces of white bread. You're a BBQ place.....at least use buns. Or specify on your menu what the "sandwich" consists of. I didn't spend money to have to make the sandwich myself. The chicken should already come shredded. I've been to PLENTY of BBQ places and never been served something so lazy.....If i want BBQ i wont be returning here unfortunately. A sandwich is not two pieces of dollar store white bread and bone in chicken, it's a bun and shredded chicken. Just don't be lazy.....or...

The food was terrible ! A few years last and I finally tried it to get a ice cream size scoop of Mac n cheese, dry tough 3 thin slices of brisket smothered in sauce that was on top of two hamburger buns. I’d hate to put a bad review but the Walmart premade brisket tastes better. Super disappointed, not worth the money at all. Thanks for my trip from Texas I’m inspired to be cooking my own brisket from now on. My favorite side to eat is cornbread and let me tel you it was so dry and hard; it was such a turn off. DONT WASTE...

1st time going, had such high anticipation to try this place after driving by so much. We ordered the 1/2 rack rib dinner that should have came with 2 sides (mac n cheese, coleslaw) but we realized after getting home that they were not in the bag. Also got the rib and dark chicken BBQ combo picked potato salad and corn bread for the sides. The potato salad was good, the corn bread was okay it didn't taste fresh. The staff was friendly. We may return to give it...
