This place has the worst customer service ever they don't even deserve one star!!! I have several times tried to give this place my business but yet continue to be let down by terrible customer service taking too long to get a pizza and by that I mean over an hour to get my order completed so today I tried to give them yet another chance as I had my own business to take care of this evening and would prefer their pizza for dinner before I have to go for a long night. However I call in my order at 3:45 to be completed and ready before 5 and he tells me that they aren't busy that, that would be no problem they would have it ready as I've given them now an hour and 15 minutes ahead of time to get my order ready and as I show up at 5:15 and drive down to Bay Point once again out of my way to pick up dinner but to have it easy accessible as I have to be ready to go do my own business at 6:30 as I'm a small business owner and they look at me like I'm stupid as they are all sitting around doing nothing and there's not a single person even in the restaurant. I tell him I'm here to pick up my order and he finds it and so he goes to look for my order which is not even ready he has no idea what I'm talking about where my orders at or anything so then he proceeds to tell me that they may have had a malfunction that the order isn't ready but if they give him a few minutes they can have it ready for me mind you I've called this order in over an hour to give them ample time to get my order ready so I'm not late for the business that I have to take care of tonight and that way I can have dinner before so but yet they don't have it ready and have no clue what happened no sorry nothing this is the last time I mean last time they will even have a chance to have my business!! This place needs to be shut down as this is about the 5th time if I can recall I've tried to give them my business and every time it's been a fail this business needs to be shut down it's ridiculous!!! No reason the owners first business with Moseys is gone because he SUCKS AS A...

Had to be one of the worst service/pizza/over all dining experiences that I have ever been a part of! I've been coming in at least once a week since you originally opened in Bay Point. Never had any complaints and you have always been my go to recommendation when our new guests that stay on the beach with us in our hotels and condos ask us where they should go eat. Until recently that is. Unfortunately over the last month or so it has taken a major turn for the worst. What happened to the gentleman in the kitchen with the hair and the Boston hat? I want to say his name is either Ty or guy maybe? Anyways, that young man was a prime example of what you guys truly need and should also want in your kitchen and restaurant. The last few times I've gone in he isn't there and to try to be polite about it, it's very noticeable! After this last experience yesterday I don't think we'll be returning to eat unfortunately. Truth be told it really blew my mind watching how roughly the kitchen flows and has been running without that young fellow in there. I loved coming in and bringing the family and grand kids along because he was always so nice to them all and they love watching him stretch the pizzas. Heck we all enjoy watching him! Went from working like a well oiled machine in there as it should, to watching the other one who has her head on her shoulders the young lady named Laya trying to run around doing her job as well as trying to fill in for his absence! Poor girl is going to eventually have a melt down getting worked like that. Hopefully he is on vacation somewhere because its not looking too good as of lately and it would be mighty who of you to get him back in there before it's too late! Hope to see him again if we ever return, we really do miss his pizzas and your manager needs her go to right hand man that she...

CLOSES AT 11, WHAT A JOKE! #RUDE!!!

So I go to this restaurant on a recommendation from my aunt. We arrive on Saturday night, memorial day weekend at 10pm with a party of 5. Sat at the front table by the door, cause it was the only table that was clean. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting my wife goes to the counter and asks, "do we order here or is there a server"? Then this guy says from the back, "its going to be at least an hour before we can get anything", there was maybe 10 people in the place. So my wife says, "even a server for drinks"? Then, in the most rudest matter this white girl with nasty dread locks says, "no were closed, we're not taking anymore orders". No sorry or apology, zero remorse. Let me remind you it's 10:20 pm on Saturday night! Horrible customer service, do not recommend anything about this place except to the owner who needs to fire some of his staff or at least train them better in communication skills and customer service expectations. Also, the food smelled good, but unfortunately I was never able to order. This "business" not only lost at least a $100 bill from me that night, but all future business from me and anybody I speak to about this garbage service!

response to response: Im glad you will address this issue with your staff, but like I previously said RUDE!!! The open sign was turned off as we walked out and obviously you were not out of product, because your "staff" said, "it will be at least an hour for anything". I believe that you the owner is trying to cover for your lazy and horrible staff, especially the white girl with nasty dread locks. There's no helping nasty, she should be fired ASAP!!! response...

We've been getting pizza here for 3 years x2 vacations per year! Amazing pizza and the best gluten-free pizza option in PCB for my celiac husband and kids! Tastes like real pizza and not like cardboard! Lots of great menu choices! Aside from pizza the bruschetta, cheese garlic bread, and toasted ravioli are amazing! On our last trip, extended family members had the calzones and wings and gave those 5 stars as well! You will absolutely not be disappointed! They do not offer delivery but door dash will bring Bricks and Barley directly to you, even on the beach (we've done this! Lol). I prefer to pick up as it is only half a mile from where we stay. Food always ready by the time the estimate and they are always willing to accommodate any "extras" we've needed like cutting the GF pizzas in 8 slices instead of 4 to make it easy for little hands to eat. A HUGE selection of pizza toppings from classic to fancy like ribeye and balsamic glaze, fresh mozzarella, basil, pepperoni, etc. SO MANY TOPPINGS TO CHOOSE FROM! They also have salads which I have not tried only bc they have so many appetizers I am still working my way through them. Pizza by the slice, whole large pie, or 10" GF crust. I do not personally need GF crust but do not notice anything "off" when ordering the 10" crust for myself as I cannot eat an entire large pizza alone. Ha Next trip I am trying their signature breakfast pizza, served all day! Oh, and unbeknownst to me, they keep rewards on file for you based on your phone number. I had 2 x $10 off coupons I used this trip and I haven't been in PCB since September 2024. Score! 5 stars!

Let's start with the Buster Guarantee: "If it's not the best pizza you've ever had I will finish it for you for free...Guaranteed!" Now that's funny! We were in PCB for vacation and we always like to find a mom & pop pizza joint. We checked Google reviews (because Yelp sucks) and saw Bricks and Barley had 4.4⭐️ rating against 719 reviews. The rating and pictures looked like our type of place. Becky was our server and did an amazing job. If you like engagement with your server you will love her. She was super nice and very welcoming. When we ordered our pizza she pointed at a guy and said, "That's Buster right there and called him over. What a great guy! And a USAF veteran. Thats when we found out about the "guarantee". Again, funny. Our daughter enjoyed the breadsticks and ate every single one. She said they were the best she has ever had. My wife and I ordered a 16" Buster's Brickhouse Pizza, brucetta and a pitcher of beer. The brucetta was a good choice to take the edge off our hunger, but we decided we would set most of it aside and save room for the pizza. The pizza came and it was absolutely amazing!! Crisp, chewy crust, great sauce, and full of fresh toppings. Just the way we like it. The final test came when we took it back to the condo and tried it cold at dinner time. It was great cold, as well. Also reheated it in the microwave for 30 seconds and the crust barely lost its crispness. We decided this is the closet you will get to the perfect pizza! Job well done, Buster! Job well done!

My husband and I were so excited to try this place after all the good reviews only to be left extremely disappointed. We came in at 5:50 pm. We didn't get served at all until 6:20 (after I went up and pretty much had to ask for service). But they were super busy so we understood and waited patiently. But after that the big crowd left and there wasn't really anybody in (except for a couple of tables) and we were just ignored. At some point I had to get up and refill our drinks because no one came to check up on us at all. At 6:50 the waitress comes up to us to explain that we didn't have our food because the cooks just skipped over our ticket but at least gave my husband his slice of cheese pizza. Which, at least my husband liked. A party of five comes in and is literally given their drinks AND food before I finally get my one slice of pizza and garlic bread at 7:30 pm. I would be less upset if at least the food had been really good but it was mediocre at best. I had the caprizza which was good...but not waiting an hour and a half good. The garlic bread was not even really that garlicky either. It looked like they just lightly brushed it with garlic butter and was very dry. At least they had the full cheese pizza we ordered to go ready by the time we got up to leave and the waitress was apologetic. Overall, that was the worst $40 I have ever spent. I hope this visit was just a fluke but we won't be trying this place again for awhile.
