Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Worst ever! Does not even deserve a star. I have been here prior to tonight's horrible experience so I know what to order and what I like. Tonight I went with family and friends (9 of us in total) to celebrate a friend's birthday. Tonight I ordered the Alfredo Pasta Dinner and it arrived to me cold and so was the bowl the food was in. The waiter took the food and time went on as the rest of the group pretty much finished their meal when mine still had not come. When the waiter asked how everything was we reminded her that I got mine very cold and was still waiting to get food. We waited a few minuets longer and the food finally arrived at the time that everyone else was finished. I started to eat and it tasted nothing like it was suppose to and the sauce was watery and very thin. I only had two bites and was not happy with it. When the waiter came and took plates she asked if I wanted a box I told her no it didn't taste at all right and was very watery. The waitress said nothing and left the plate there in front of me. The waitress then stood at the end of the table and addressed our group saying she hoped everything was well, happy birthday, except for that person with her dish and pointed to me with my dish that I had problems with. I left with the meal paid for even though they were told I was not satisfied and there was problems. After leaving and once out of the restruant I called to speak with the manager and explain the horrible night I had and he hung up on me. I was polite, reserved, and decent enough to discuss the problem out of the restruant where others could here. The restruant waitress and the manger was very rude and extremely wrong!!! I ordered food last Wed. And when I got home and went to take a bite all I saw was a huge long black hair, being my husband and I have blonde hair you can imagine the disgust. I wanted my whole order replaced. Furious I called the resturant and was told by Tyler the manager that I should dig through the other things we ordered to see if there was anymore hairs and to just eat it. Are you kidding me? I will never eat there again and unless you want to eat hair that mind you they admitted came from there resturant because they told me there person cooking has long black hair, do not eat there. After talking to the "manager" Tyler Huntley numerous times and just wanting my order replaced again his only solution was to dig through the rest to make sure there was no more hair and eat it. Completely disgusted my husband and I threw away the whole order. I was told it doesn't even matter if I talked to the owner Keith that he would not do anything about it either. They admitted the hair came from their people and resturant and did nothing and we're completely rude to my husband and I. Never again! Don't waste your hard earned money...

I understand that reviews are subject to one's own experience and perspective, so here's mine. The server that took our order was friendly and prompt. The dining area and ladies bathroom was clean, however my son used the men's room and said it was NOT at all clean! That alone for me does not warrant a return trip. I grew up and lived in New York where pizza is king, I understand that it's different here in Florida but there are a few select places that get it mostly close, but this is not one of those places. We ordered garlic knots with marinara sauce, the knots were over cooked on the outside, there wasn't much of a garlic taste to them and the marinara tasted like it might have come from the grocery store, and both items tasted salty. We also ordered a medium cheese pizza, our pizza was way overcooked and the crust was hard. While it wasn't awful it sure wasn't good enough to come back for. I usually get my pizza, knots and sauce from another place in Lecanto and they're food is ALWAYS spot on and tasty, about as close as I've gotten to New York Pizza here in Florida. Thanks,...
