I used to tell everyone I met that this was the best pizza you could buy in a 50 mile radius. I've eaten here since inception. I had a locals card, let me accrue points to use on slices or pies. I stacked points on it, as I had lunch (alone or with clients, I loved bringing people here) at least twice a week. I let slide the fact that the day I finally attempted to spend said points I was told that the program was no longer active, even though the counter people took my card just days prior and made no mention of a change in policy. Oh well, water under the bridge, the pie was worth what I paid (then), bonus or no. The cheese they use is legit. Perfect chew factor that signifies top quality pizza cheese. The stuff that separates the imitators for the genuine artucle. Though it wasn't my thing, the garlic herb crust finish was appreciated by many. The dough was always airy and crispy, not "doughy" crust, and the cheese and toppings were plentiful and to the edge of a lovely handle which was worth leaving room in your belly for. Man, Brozzinis used to be fantastic... Sadly, things have changed. Not the ingredients, they are still quality, but the pizza as a whole is a sad caricature of it's old self. The love and attention to detail have left the building. I continue to return in the hopes that the old magic might reappear, but sadly everytime I give it a shot I find myself saying "well, at least the cheese is still good". Nearly every time I now pay the hefty full price for a pie (what happened to perks for regular locals?) I open the box to find a clump of toppings covering 8" of the center of a 16" pie, on un-proofed tacky par cooked dough. Gone are the airy, bubble laden crust bites I used to look forward to as I worked my way outward from point of my slice. Gone are the well placed, amply portioned, and evenly spread toppings that served to accentuate the simple but appropriate pizza sauce. I'm sorry Bronzinni, but you have become a mere shell of your old self. No longer can you claim the title you had so readily earned before essentially becoming yet another overpriced (at one time, justifiably so) and underprefoming tourist geared cash grab. You've lost your mojo. Please, find a way to return to your roots. Find someone to love those ingredients, love the product, and take the time to do it right. You have the tools, but you've lost your way. Be the 5 Star pizzeria you once were, take back the crown! I'm rooting for you, not hating. This is constructive criticism, please make Bronzinni...
Read moreThe absolute worst service on 30a and it's not close. Ordered from their website. Was told it was approximately 30 min delivery time. I live 7 miles away. An hour goes by... no pizza. Not a big deal, totally normal to incorrectly estimate a delivery time, but I call to ask if there's an update since it's almost 30 mins late at this point. The pizza arrives as I'm on the phone. Delivery guy was kind. I get the pizza and it's literally cool to the touch. I ask the girl on the phone if I can give it back to the driver and get a refund. I'm polite, but obviously bummed that I waited an hour, paid $43 for one pizza and it's cool to the touch. She tells me door dash is sometimes wrong on their estimated delivery times. (I didn't order from door dash, I ordered from their own website) now she's upset because I asked for a refund and told her I ordered from their own website and it was their own estimate. She gets short with me and tells me "it's not my fault you live 20 minutes away". (I live 7 miles away) I ask for the manager. The "manager" gets on and she was immediately rude and defensive. I tell her the pizza is cool because I waited almost an hour for it and I want to return it and get a refund. She tells me the pizza is not cool, and they have good pizza and to never order from them again because I'm an "a-hole". Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their pizza is below average and their service is even worse. Save yourself the headache it was the worst $43 pizza I've ever had. If you want decent pizza, try Marco's. It's WAY cheaper and MUCH...
Read moreWas an awful experience and customer service. We ordered our pizza and they said it’d be delivered by 8:20. When 8:45 came around we decided to call and got the busy signal about 10 times. Around 9:15 we finally decided to go to the restaurant and see what was going on. It was an absolute disaster. We were very patient and calm with them but they just kept saying that it was delivered or out for delivery. Our place was within literally 2 minutes of the restaurant so we went back to our place and there was nothing there. We went back and they still didn’t have the food. We were there for over an hour and they just kept telling us that they didn’t know where our food was and that they were trying to find it. Finally, after an hour or more of being there, they decided to make our food again which took another 20 minutes. We finally got our food 3 hours after we initially placed the order. The pizza was decent, but definitely not worth all the trouble that we went through to get it. It’s worth noting that we were not the only people in the restaurant having the EXACT same issue. I’m not trying to be defamatory to their business because I understand it’s hard, but this was a very...
