Pecan Jacks Ice Cream & Candy - Seagrove — Restaurant in Alys Beach

So good! But I stopped to give the review because we are on vacation here this week and this is the first place that the service wowed us. The store was ran by nothing but young men probably in their late teens or early twenties and they greated us, answered questions with extreme courtesy and respect and seemed genuinely happy to do so. We encountered three employees and all were pleasant to meet. To add to this the ice cream was also awesome. The Oreo flavor was delicious. Most Oreo ice cream taste like vanilla ice cream with Oreos mixed in. This tasted like literally eating Oreos with the texture of ice cream. If we visit this city we will be stopping in again 100%. Amazing job to the crew that worked...

I would give this 5 stars however the prices are wayyy too overpriced for ice cream. I will admit it’s some of the best ice cream I’ve had but 10-12$ for a small bowl of ice cream is a bit pricey for me. I spent 40$ on 3 pints of the ice cream (which is insane to think I spent that much just on ice cream alone).

I would be a regular customer if you would come down to fair prices and or do bundle deals.

Do a point system to have people come back. I’m a local that lives in the area so this would be ideal for people who live here year round.

One last thing I’d add is having a place to sit and enjoy the ice cream.

Delicious ice cream, thick, creamy, nice potions and great flavor options- including boozy “over 21” options. The staff are amazing! We went twice in one week (which is not our norm for ice cream). Despite having a very long line one night and showing up 9mins before closing the other, the staff were super friendly, patient and all smiles! They went above and beyond to listen to our likes and even offered an additional sample. I’d especially like to mention Donny, Ryder and Hailey who were extremely personable, hardworking and definitely appreciative of our business. Pecan Jacks is lucky to have them...
