Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

I know the line may be long when you get there and that they may be understaffed. But where else doesn't also have long lines and under staffing? I think they have more workers now but I can excuse the long lines any day.

Burger King compared to other fast food places I feel is a little bit better. I don't indulge in fast food very often (rarely infact) but when I do I typically always choose Burger king. I enjoy their prices and deals and not to mention I feel that the quality of food is better. Sure Wendy's is very good too but Wendy's is a little bit out of my way.

For those of you who work there and feel the pressure of having long lines and potentially angry customers, just hang in there. They're only hangry haha!! When your day ends, just wash it all off your shoulders. There's always a new day and just think that out of every 10 customers there is one mean one, then just know that is the 10% of the population who is just hateful.

For that 10% of hateful customers, just remember when you were once in their shoes starting out in the employment world. Try to imagine how much harder it is now since covid. Enjoy humanity and remember that being kind is free and takes no effort at...

Was going to McDonald’s but I could see the drive-thru line was backed up around the building. I decided I would go to BK instead since they did not have a single car in line. I had a difficult time hearing while placing my order until the person working the drive-thru line adjusted her headset. I placed my order and pulled forward. As I paid the cashier I noticed she seemed to be upset with me. I apologized for not being able to hear her and proceeded home. When I got home (3 minute drive) I found my sausage, egg and cheese croissant was cold as were the others. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Terrible experience, a cashier with an attitude, especially first thing in the morning. Since I have had problems with this BK in the past I will NEVER go back again! I took my grand kids to lunch, the chicken fingers were dark, so was my fish, we dined in, yet our food was in bags. I went to the counter to say something about the food and may be change their oil, and if they wasn't talking so much they would have noticed my order was eat in not carry out. The female manager was rude to me in front of the kids, said I was lucky she was working, told me in front of the kids I was a bad roll model yet she would not let me speak, cause with what I said to her, she simply could and should have said, yes ma'am, but, she wouldn't let me speak, yelled at me in front of the kids stood behind the counter ranting and raving cause I was still there yet unhappy, I was letting the kids eat, she and her crew were going on and on.
