Really wanted a cold cut combo, so Subway has always been a first place to go. I was happy to go in and find no line to wait in. But ended up waiting almost 10 minutes while the nice girl was cleaning. Then I ordered 2 foot long on white, one meatball and one cold cut. She made the meatball and told me they were out of cold cut 😞 well ok, make the other a meatball also. Went to pay and asked for a large drink, payed and went to get my drink and no ice 😖 I asked if they have ice and she said we have no ice. Well I don't want the drink if there is no ice. I asked for my $3.09 back and she went and in the back and another girl came out and said, no ice and I said, no drink, and they didn't know how to refund my drink, so they gave me 6 cookies 😊 another customer came in and said before I have to wait, do you have blablabla and she said no, we don't have that, so he left. This use to be the best Subway around but seems to be lacking. Read moreOrdered 3 sandwiches and selected to have them delivered for dinner last night. The sandwiches never showed up. We tried calling the store but could never get a hold of anyone. The voicemail was full and couldn’t leave a message. We placed a complaint on Subways website. Subway took full payment and the food was never delivered. We are asking for a full refund because our sandwiches were never delivered. We also placed a complaint with door dash who couldn’t get a hold of their driver. Will never use door dash or this Subway ever again. I was very hesitant to give this subway my business because of issues in the past but wanted to see if they’ve gotten any better. They have not! Still poorly run and managed and they are thieves and cheats. Thank you Subway and Door Dash for making my family wait for dinner that never arrived. Read moreThis particular Subway, used to be staffed by people who care about their job and their customers. However, recently, our Subways (3), were so bad that we put them in the trash. The BLT's bacon appeared to have been taking from their package and placed on the sandwich, uncooked. Tomatoes and cucumbers were missing from all 3 sandwiches as well as olives and onions. Not sure how you filled the order. We called and asked for the manager. The teenager, who answered the call, said the supervisor had taken off, and he was the only one in the restaurant. He said he couldn't issued a refund. He said, we should "drop by" the next day, to see if a manager was on site. Since we're a working family, we can't just go to the restaurant. This was an online order. Anyway, we'll not visit this place again, ever. Their staff quality is beyond belief....
