I arrived in your restaurant as I do almost every morning. I was ignored as I am most of the time unless I call out for help. This morning a young lady by the name MARY approached the front to take my order. I ordered my breakfast and she rang it up and gave me my change. I counted my change and it was short. I got her attention again and said my change is short. Her response was "I know" I asked her if she knew my change was short, why she did not say anything to me. That is a dishonest employee and should be fired!!!! I don't know if she left the change in the register or if she put it in her pocket. If I were her boss, she would no longer have a job. I enjoy the food at Burger King and if I had another one nearby I would never patronize this one again. On another occassion the heavy set male manager has made racist remarks to me and thought it was funny. He is always complaining to customers about his lack of help he has. I find it hard that he is a manager representing your restaurant. This restaurant needs some major guidence!! The cleanliness in this restaurant is very poor also. This location requires a mask to be worn within the facility. First impression was the cleanliness and being greeted right away from the shift manager. He was patient and we had a great conversation during the ordering process.
The flow of the operations felt very fluent. The manager was calling out orders with the crew confirming, while providing statuses. This steady stream of communication continued during my wait, as we ordered as a 'take out'.
My biggest reason for a 3-star rating is the appearance of the food (see bullets and images below), rather than the performance (or lacking thereof) of the crew / staff.
One sandwich could have sparred some mayonnaise. The other sandwich had cooked burnt lettuce and it ruined the sandwich for me. Not sure why the lettuce is destroyed. Might as well not even put any on there.

Read moreOmaria and Angela are the BEST employees at this location. My husband and I frequently stop here for breakfast/ lunch because of them. Both are very personable and love to joke around with us as much as we do with them. Both have a caring and pleasant attitude and are willing to go the extra mile for customers. They even remember our orders no matter if it's breakfast or lunch!
Omaria makes the best coffee! (I hate coffee, but will drink hers.) Angela always has the best recommendations for date nights for my husband and I, which is pretty awesome! This tag team duo are the heart and soul of this location. They show compassion, kindness, competence, tolerance (for our shenanigans), and treat us like family. As I mentioned before, they are the reason we come here.
