Horrible customer service and horrible food. I ordered online. The order would be ready in 30 minutes. Due to COVID, you walk to a window and tell them you are there for pick up. Well, when I arrived there were 20 people standing around waiting. Everyone was clearly annoyed because the whole process lacks organization. As I was waiting, you can hear everyone comparing wait times and when they ordered. It was clear that the food service drivers were being prioritized over everyone else that ordered online. However, if you called in the order, your wait time was accurate. I waited 80 minutes (50 minutes longer than when they said it would be ready). They offered no apology. They tell every single person your order is almost done. Wrong!! Then, to top it off, the food was horrible. I don't expect much from Chinese fast food. However, every item had the same seasoning / flavor. And, some items were over cooked and some under cooked. I ate a half a plate of food and the garbage can saw the rest. Bad experience. But, if you still feel the need to go here, call in the order. Do not use the online ordering system or you will be highly annoyed. I will never return. There are too many other Chinese restaurants close by to deal with bad food...
Read moreWe've been going to this Chinese takeout for close to two years now. This is the best Takeout in the area and the prices are fair. We usually use the online ordering platform or stop in to place an order before heading into publix. The food is consistently good, never had a problem from what I recall, and they make sure to get you the "free" item if your order qualifies. Once they know you, they are friendly! I get the feeling if there was ever a problem with an order, they would take care of the issue. The store has a typical Chinese takeout feel however it's definitely larger, they have more tables than the average if you're thinking to stay and eat, plus the tables are on one side while the waiting area is on the opposite, which is nice. We often order on Holidays and never an issue. Their egg rolls are good which is amazing for this area LOL! Their hot and sour soup (a favorite of mine) is very good and they usually put a bit of meat in there (like back in my favorite places on Long Island, NY) Now I want...
Read moreI typically drive past this place and go to house of china… now I remember why. I placed an order tonight. First they charged me an extra $1.50 for my small plain fried rice because I asked for no egg. My 2 year old is allergic to egg. Not sure how asking them to leave an ingredient out justifies a 50% price increase. Naturally we got home and the fried rice had egg in it. Not only was I overcharged, they didn’t even make it as requested. I am officially done with this place. I will continue to drive a little farther for better Chinese food and much better service. I will be disputing the additional unapproved...
