Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Typically this Subway makes great sandwiches and I’ll give them 3 stars simply for how clean they keep the store and how friendly employees are however the last 2 times I’ve placed an online order my sandwich hasn’t been correct. The first time they didn’t toast my sandwich but whatever I let it go as a small oversight but this time I asked for less jalapeños and onion and WOW! I pulled 11 jalapeños out of my sandwich which is insane and a ton of onions. I asked for extra mayo and this was the driest sandwich I’ve ever had, could barely tell they put mayo at all. My husband and I went there on June 20th and had such a great experience. I just had major knee surgery and was using crutches and the gentleman that I guess owns the store tried to open the door for me before I got there. Once I got inside his wife was so kind and considerate to me and my needs . After we paid and everything we were leaving and the lady followed us out and waited at the handicap ramp with me while my husband was getting the car. She even offered to get a chair while I was waiting . She then helped me get in the car both the lady and man were so sweet and considerate. I have gone to this particular Subway location twice in the last 3 days. It is under new ownership (the last 30 days or so), and the new owners couldn't be any nicer! The lady's name is Iman (hopefully I'm close on the spelling) and she was super personable, efficient, and my sandwich was delicious! I also met her husband and her two children who are clearly showing that this is going to be a family effort and they are going to take care of their customers! I'll make it a point to avoid other Subway locations and make a beeline to this one because the way they run their business is exactly what the hospitality industry...
