I love the option to select my own hot or cold tea, so i chose cold today and mixed black tea and green tea. I love the tea and basic coffees so much that I might join the Sip Club with option to get selected beverages every 2 hours for a monthly fee. Great sweets today, and it seems we are heading to the end of pumpkin season with fewer pumpkin sweet treats. My fav soup here is the autumn squash, a definite seasonal offering. I wish they offered a Soup Club and I would join. Quick service today. The Rewards Club is very easy to sign up for and even easier to access. Read moreWow, we’ve been going to this location ever since it opened. It’s close and convenient for us for breakfast lunch and dinner even. Today we ordered curbside, one regular and one decaf latte. The order was brought out quickly, but neither of the drinks were marked. When we asked, all we got back was attitude. If someone is ordering decaf, I can guarantee there is a medical reason behind it. The right thing to do is remake the drink. Instead I was told to smell it to figure out which one was decaf. Unacceptable! I went inside to see if whoever made the drinks knew which one was decaf, more attitude and indifference. Your job is to provide a good product and a great service. Today you failed on all counts. I understand everyone is experiencing labor shortages, and good staff is hard to come by these days, but management better take a hard look here soon before loyal customers continue to suffer this type of service experience. I wasn’t asking for above an and beyond experience, just a clarification on what I was served. When the people working for you no longer care about the quality of work and service they provide, you can bet your customer base isn’t far from finding alternatives in vendors, and you can’t repair the image...
Read moreDelivery Girl-Why didn't you tip? This is my answer to that question. -This store has constantly messed up my delivery orders, my last four delivery orders. I ordered today and it was wrong. So I called and they said they would send the delivery back out. Which is fine and I don't have a problem with that. I usually always tip on my orders. This order i wasn't planning on tipping because of past delivery experiences. Tips indicate an excellent service. So when the delivery girl comes back to my place of work to deliver the correct order, she informed my coworker she needed to see me. I work at a doctor's office, I smile at her and said thank you. She stated I tried calling you the first time. I did see a miss call about 6 minutes before the order was delivered the first time. But no voicemail. I said I saw that I was not by my phone at the time. She then proceeds to say why didn't you tip? I usually tip but have not been satisfied with service but here's your tip and I sign the new receipt and give her three dollars. I will not be ordering Panera for at least 4 months 1 month for every order they have messed up and neither will my coworkers. Tips are the customer prerogatives for the service they are rendered and should not...
