C.R. Chicks (Wellington) — Restaurant in Florida

me and my husband came in on Wednesday and two girls were slouched over the counter on their phones over food that was being prepared by another man, and remind you no hair was pulled back and there was no gloves. It took a good minute for them to even realize I was there. It wasnt a hello how can we help you? “It was are you picking something up?” the other girl decided to take my order while the other one just stood there and stared at me finally walking over and clearly just acted super annoyed the whole time while helping us after putting in my food order and paying they don’t say anything to me. They just go right back over to the counter and get right back on their phones hovering over the chicken, no gloves on no hair back nothing it was disgusting. I do not want hair and hands in my food. it was so unprofessional and of course, this isn’t a five star restaurant, but at least some decency towards people instead of acting like I was intruding on their conversation and whatever they were doing on their phone I clearly wasn’t important to whatever they had going on. It was so disrespectful. I’m never coming here again. I’ve loved this restaurant. I’ve come here over I would say 75 times to pick up food for my family, but after this me and my husband agreed that that was it because clearly they have no decency towards people or the food...

It was a lot of confusion. I had to repeat my order 4 times. I was told a total for the order and given and when I paid I was given the wrong change. I quickly looked at receipt and saw a different total. I was ignored when I said excuse me because they were already helping the next guest. I got my order and grabbed a menu to check the prices. When I got home I see what she did. She originally rang up the correct order. For some reason she deranged the wrong order charging me 11.50 instead of the 5.45 cents for the salad that I got. I've been going to this CR Chicks location for about 10 years now and it seems like every year their prices have gone up, and their portions have shriveled.

I understand cutting costs, but the last straw was when I ordered catering for a party of 8 people. When we opened the tray, there was only enough for 4.

I called the manager and he told me, "For a catering event, we give everyone half a plate."

Half a plate of food per person.

I'm not sure if this is the way it's always been done, but I can guarantee from the years I've been ordering from this place, that was the least amount of food I've gotten and the most I've paid.
