I chose Provident Jewelry because of its 5 star rating, we were helped by Alex initially, who was awesome and helped us pick a beautiful wedding band for my wife. A few months back my wife's band lost a small diamond which provident replaced for us. When we got the ring back, the diamond was obviously discolored compared to the other diamonds. She tried to ignore it but after two weeks we decided to go back and ask for it to be fixed. We were told it just needed to be cleaned, so they cleaned it and gave it back, after cleaning they stated it was almost the exact color. I am personally color blind (seriously) and I could tell it was not the right color stone, my wife was visibly unhappy after getting home. Again I went back to Provident and asked for them to replace the stone (I was polite about everything even though I was unhappy), Alex looked at the ring and pretended like he couldn't tell which stone it was (again it was obvious but he works there so his reaction was understandable). He showed it to the jeweler who stated again it was the same color, I offered to pay for the work because it was obvious and we (especially my wife) were unhappy. They handed it back adamant it was the correct color stone, stating the back of the stone was dirty making it appear off in color (then why give it back dirty?!). I then went immediately out to another THREE separate jewelers who all said the stone was obviously the wrong color and one even suggested going back to provident as they have an on staff jeweler who would probably fix it for us for free. When I explained I had already done so, they were surprised that was the workmanship of provident. I am a middle class man, I admittedly did not spend a small fortune like some of their clientele ($50,000+) like another review addressed and I stupidly ignored. Ultimately I went out to another jeweler for the repair and they did fantastic work, the stone is actually close in color to the others and I was happy to pay their fee! IF THEIR JEWELER IS NOT THE OWNER THEN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEY FIRE THEM IF THIS IS THE WORKMANSHIP THEY ARE HAPPY WITH. I hope other middle class individuals find this review and save yourself some trouble as you are not their bread and butter. I've included a before repair photos (Indicated by the RED arrow: pictures don't quite do it justice but it appears more cloudy than yellow) and after (also doesn't do the quality of work justice but its almost spot on for color). Update: I was contacted by Provident’s Manager Jayne who said she wanted to make things right, she didn’t like that a member of the community felt wronged at her store and offered to pay my cost of repairs ($400, I did not advise them of this as I wanted to see the effort that would be placed in making it right). The issue for me was not the money but how I felt treated, which I assumed was based on the cost of my wife’s wedding band. I pitched an alternate way to make things right by asking them to donate to the family of a PBCFR firefighter who recently passed, that was a friend of mine (cancer). Jayne stated she would discuss this with the owner and come up with something and let me know. They were kind enough to provide a donation of $200 which will help with funeral costs or medical expenses. I have updated my rating from 1 star to a neutral 3 as Jayne seemed genuine.

Last week was our 50th wedding anniversary. My husband Bob purchased a pair of gorgeous earrings for me. The earrings had my birthstone, heart shaped, two hearts with diamonds. It was a wonderful surprise but I knew I would only wear them on a special occasion. We went to the Wellington store and Chris took care of us. First of all Provident Jewelry is magnificent, I can’t say enough about the service Chris was wonderful so very accommodating. Dani took care of a few watches I brought in absolute doll. They truly make you feel special. During our visit several customers came in and were also given the same services. I have picked out something that I will be able to were and enjoy every day. I would be remiss if I did not mention the jeweler that took care of my husband, his name was Alex. Bob was very impressed with him. I highly recommend Provident Jeweler, no matter how large or small your purchase. You will be very happy! Janice Suffredini

Amazing place! I’ve purchased a few things here and had my Breitling watches serviced by Provident before. Today I came in because I lost a small diamond from my wedding band. Chris assisted me and took the ring in for the jeweler to work on. Within two hours she called me back and told me my ring was fixed! I came to pick up and she didn’t even charge me. I was so surprised and very grateful! This is the only place for jewelry for me. The entire team here is wonderful!

My recent encounter with Provident Jewelry in Wellington was nothing short of stellar. It was a tremendous privilege to collaborate with them for an event hosted by Wells Real-estate Investment in association with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

From the moment we initiated contact with Provident Jewelry, their dedicated team illustrated an unflinching commitment to service that exceeded our highest expectations. Every detail was meticulously addressed, every question was promptly answered, and every concern was met with the highest level of professionalism and understanding.

The expertise they demonstrated in organizing our event was nothing less than extraordinary. Not only did they ensure the smooth conduct of the event, but they also took the extra mile to guarantee our guests felt welcomed and valued. Their warm, amiable approach beautifully complemented their professional rigor, creating a balance that's often challenging to strike.

But it wasn't just their exceptional customer service that left a lasting impression. The dazzling array of fine jewelry at Provident was genuinely awe-inspiring. Every piece spoke of intricate craftsmanship and exceptional quality, exuding an elegance that was both timeless and uniquely contemporary. From exquisite diamond-studded necklaces to delicate antique watches, the selection was a testament to the refined taste and unerring eye for beauty that Provident Jewelry is known for.

Our guests were spellbound by the stunning jewels, which served as magnificent conversation pieces. The mesmerizing assortment of fine jewelry was not just visually stunning but also created an atmosphere of sheer opulence and luxury, leaving our guests and my company deeply impressed.

The generous support and involvement of Provident Jewelry significantly contributed to the success of our event. Their commitment to the cause of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) was clearly visible in their enthusiastic participation and their earnest efforts to create awareness among our attendees.

In summary, our experience with Provident Jewelry Wellington was an absolute pleasure. Their exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge, commitment to quality, and palpable passion for philanthropy combine to set them apart in a league of their own. My team here at Wells Real-estate Investment and I are incredibly grateful for their support and collaboration, and we eagerly look forward to future endeavors together.

My sincerest thanks to Provident Jewelry Wellington for their magnificent support and for making our event a...

I have to share what an amazing Jewelry store this is. I have been going to Provident for a few years and have had a 5 star experience every time. Not only is the selection incredible, the pieces are a huge quality difference compared to any other local jeweler. The entire staff makes you feel like you are more than a customer but a friend. The sales team is not pushy at all and takes their time to make sure you are 100% happy with your selection. I have been working with Danni for a while now and not only has she been amazing but is very honest and I trust her eye and suggestion for my purchases.

I also have to thank and mention their team that has helped me with other things and for always being so kind. Thank you also to Alex, Maria, Jayne, Christine and Manny for all of your help. Their experience in the industry is unmatched & the jewelers workmanship is the best I have seen. Yes they have some incredible expensive pieces but they also have jewelry for lower budgets as well so do not let the luxury look deter you from stopping in. They have a great preowned watch selection as well. I am a...
