I was very pleased with the service I got the other night. A young man waited on me he was very friendly and attentive and polite to what it is that I was ordering and how I wanted my sandwich made. Very professional young man. The moment I walked in I was greeted welcome to subway he said to me. The young man was cleaning and still made time to acknowledge me, stopped what he was doing cleaning the floor. Washed his hands, put on gloves, and made my sub for me which ended up being great. I was very impressed with the service. I wish I knew the name of the young man who waited on me. Whomever is the owner or manager at this place needs to definitely promote this kid or give him a raise. Very nice young man. Most Subways I go to like the one in RPB or the one in front of Walmart in RPB that I go to that is actually over by where I live the staff is always very rude. I just went to subway i purchased 2 foot long subs and a foot long cookie . It was loud they were out of honey mustard . Something happened at the cash register I waited patiently to pay . I paid $30.37 . The cashier lady at the time every time I said something she said it was too loud in the store. When I got home to open my sub I noticed that the cookie wasn’t cooked and it wasn’t a footlong it as dough. I called and told her she said it wasn’t possible. She said she couldn’t hear me and she didn’t comprehend what I was saying . Times are hard and it really hurts to spend money and not get what you paid for and to know that when a customer calls you completely dismiss what I’m saying as you don’t understand and/or you can’t hear.
