I went in one evening with my two girls. Let me say I could've gone to somewhere like Carrabas and had better food for less. That being said I spent $56 with tip on 2 sandwiches and a salad. We sat down to eat. I had the wagyu cheesesteak and my daughter had a ham and cheese sub. As I'm eating I look over to her sandwich to notice how insubstantial it was. There was literally 4 thin slices of ham on a large sub. How do you justify paying $18 for 4 slices of ham, lettuce, tomato, pickle and olive!!?? I then asked the girl who took our order to come over to the table. I asked if that was how they normally made a sandwich. She stood there dumbfounded by the question. Another coworker came over and asked how many slices of ham she put on the sandwich and she said 4. That girl stated there should be 8 slices which still would make it very thin. They brought over 4 more slices of ham wrapped in sandwich paper expecting me to reconstruct this sandwich. I told them thank you but I wasn't about to do that. Later on a guy behind the counter ignored my other daughter while waiting to ask for salt because he was so engrossed in his phone, another coworker had to tell him to help her. Before we left the one girl came over with a half of a ham sandwich and didn't even apologize for any of it. I would've preferred a refund at that point which I was never offered. We got home and opened the other sandwich to find out it was just as pathetic as the first....
Read moreUnfortunately I wasn't impressed. At all. I requested a turkey and cheese sandwich for my daughter. Toasted. They said they didn't have a way to toast it. Ok. I asked if they made any hot sandwiches, and yes they do. I ordered a chicken philly for myself and asked for a hot turkey and cheese for my daughter. You would think I had asked for it dipped in gold or something. The concept of cooking the turkey and cheese in similar fashion as the chicken philly was just completely lost. Sandwiched arrived. So they cooked the turkey on the grill, but it wasn't warm and they put cold cheese on top and added it to room temp bun. Needless to say, my daughter forced down about 2 bites and couldn't eat anymore. 11.49 for a sandwich that wasn't edible. The turkey was so dried out. Maybe had they cooked the cheese in with it like the way my sandwich was prepared, it wouldn't have been so awful. And how hard is it to toast the inside of a bun on a grill? Whatever. Definitely...
Read moreStopped by with my son this afternoon. He ordered the 8” Bobby and I ordered a 8” cheesesteak. Both stuffed with plenty of meet. Normally I am a Jersey Mike guy but Capriotti’s I believe makes a better cheesesteak. My son enjoyed his sandwich which had fresh turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and maybe one or two other ingredients. The service was fast and all the employees great. Not the cheapest, but certainly competitive. Michael (I believe he is the manager) came by the table to make sure everything was satisfactory. I shared with him how much I enjoyed the sandwich and wish it was closer to my home. When I told him where I lived he shared with me that a store was opening up at the Willow Bend shopping center in April, happens to be a mile from my house. I’ll definitely come back to this store before April but certainly will become a regular at Willow Bend. Great service, great product and a great overall...
