Carlito's Café — Restaurant in Florida

My family has been buying food from this establishment since I was a child. I had my first frita at this location. I never post reviews on Google. This place has good food, but terrible service. Don't order online because the staff is incompetent when it comes to electronics. I had 4 orders work out perfectly fine, over grubhub-seamless. The last two were horrible experiences. I ordered my food online and then called ahead to see if my order was ready. I was told it was. I show up and the order was not ready. They then go on arguing with me and saying they haven't received an order online and that the only way to pay is face-to-face. When you place an order online, you have to pay before the order is placed. I am not about to pay twice. The whole point of ordering online is for the pickup to be easy. In and out. My order was canceled right infront of me, as I was explaining the situation. I noticed that I received an email, after the argument saying the order was canceled. I had a bad experience on a Saturday about 3 weeks ago???
