Casa 305 — Restaurant in Florida

Me and my family are from Ohio so we were out of town and we were so hungry but had no idea where to go. We saw this place was a bit unsure at first but as soon as we entered the restaurant was clean and our server Katherin A so it said on the check I could not remember if her name was gabby but my check said Katherin but she greeted us and was so friendly she helped us pick out some really good food and have great recommendations and I’m glad we took her recommendations.

I ended up getting a app and a pizza and the app I got was a “305 toston chicken” had no idea what it was but it came out fast and it was like chicken and onions in this flakey crust thing with this amazing garlic sauce drizzled on top it brought all the flavors together and it tasted so amazing.

Then for my pizza I got a pepperoni personal pizza and it came out hot and a really decent size for a personal pizza was bigger than expected and the cheese pull on it was real! It tasted soo good I can say this could be the best pizza I had in Miami or had in a long time. The sauce is really good to I’m picky with sauces normally and this was amazing! Also it was very good priced it came out to about 18 dollars for both items and they both had a good amount of food I could have used my app as a meal. Overall great job I wish I had one by me in Ohio but since I don’t I’ll just have to remember to come back to try the other items next time I come to Miami!...

Little Kendall gem located on SW 151 Av & Sunset, at the mall where the Fresco Y Más is. They opened last February. First time there, family-owned. Miguel our server was pleasant and efficient. We met the young owner, Ashley, also very nice. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I guess you can describe it as innovative Cuban food. We tried the masita bao buns, the steak tostones, and the guava lava burger (I asked to have it without the cream cheese and was accommodated with no problem) and all were great. It was more like a big frita than a burger, imo. Loved the thin fried papitas and the onions inside it, the way a frita should always come. They have a lot of variety of croquetas; we want to eventually try them all. We ended up taking an order of ham croquetas home to try them tonight, along with a lot of leftovers; it was just too much food for just the two of us. Varied menu with many options, big portions, and reasonably priced. The flan is made on the premises and Ashley explained that it was an old family recipe; that was delicious as well. I am honestly very disappointed with the food here. It looked so incredible. The pictures look exactly like the food does when it comes out. The issue is, the flavor of the food is lacking and in some cases aren't repairable. I ordered a personal pizza and a loaded mac and cheese dish. Cheese is supposed to be salty, but honestly as beautiful as it looked it lacked salt completely and flavor. It was so disappointing because I LOVE pizza and it looked beautiful. I compensated this issue by using the sauces that they brought over. Personally I loved the cilantro sauce mix. The other dish ( the loaded mac and cheese with chicken and bacon also completely lacked flavor and salt. Unfortunately it was not repairable, the noodles were so soggy it was almost mushy. I wanted so badly to eat this dish. It looked so beautiful, but I couldn't. It lacked flavor and the base and most important part of the dish was mushy. I really wish these things were not the case, I would have loved to eat those dishes in better form, but I guess I'll have to consider it a great concept and hope one day I find a...
