El Rinconcito Latino Sunset Drive — Restaurant in Florida

(update) I had to do this.... As I have stated before... Been goin to this specific restaurant for a very long time.... Have personally asked the one who appears to be the owner about installing a diaper changing station, and he has agreed that is is needed (seriously... It is uncomfortable to try and change a diaper inside the car... Or while my kid it is standing up...) I don't think that the actual owners think of a diaper changing station as an investment and something that will enhance the restaurant.... I was very disappointed that I noticed they just remodeled both man and woman bathrooms.. and still no diaper changing station was added.... Sighs** the day the owners have a baby or a toddler... Will probably see the importance of a restaurant having such a mentioned diaper changing station....

Me and my family have been coming here for over 2 years... we have make it like a tradition to at least once a week eat here.... I love this place.... food is amazing! Full of flavor and always fresh (made to order) all of the waitresses are very friendly/ polite... the manager is always soo helpful w/ his crew and always making sure customer's have been taken care of.... There is only 1 thing that in this a little over 2 years that the owner has not adressed.. and it is putting a changing station iside the bathroom..... It is uncomfortable to changed my kid in the back seat of the car... and even worst when it is puring raining! Everything else is amazing (has gotten better) Wish this business all the success ...

I been a long time client if this place and concretely the quality, quantity and prices they have now are really bad!! I ordered a Churrasco with rice and beans, the rice was sticky and poor quality, the beans tasted burned and the churrasco was as small as a baby churrasco, they charge $26 plus tax and tip $30 and long ago I would gladly pay for it because they used to have best quality, quantity and service but now this is a complete ripoff!! I called to mention it to the manager and she was super rude and said that she advice me to check the plate before taking it and that cook said it was a 12 oz bistec, in other words I was lying!!! She was disrespectful and inconsiderate, I didn't call to get a refund I was calling the manager Luis because he is very nice when we go there in weekends but he wasn't there instead someone named Roxana who claimed being the manager took the call and was super rude and unprofessional, definitely shouldn't be there because with her fatal customer service will damage the good reputation this place has built for many years. The portion of the meat was very small to be worth $30 the quality was even worst and the service by the own manager...

Terrible terrible disgusting place to eat!! The food is gross served cold and is IMPROPERLY COOKED. The waitresses are rude and have disgustung altitudes. We had to ask for water and bread at least 4xs. The witnesses did not greet us at all and kept looking at me like i has 3 eyes on my face. The manager "ROSA" was the worst of them all. She was a disgustung RUDE PIG who was insanely disrespectful, HAD AND INSANE ATTITUDE and KICKED US OUT when i told her her "arroz imperial" was served COLD AS ICE and had about 2 tons of mayo! This place only rides on the coat tail of the "rinconcito latino" name and is unworthy of even being associated with the brand. This is the worst restaurant i have ever been to in my life and i regret stepping foot in there. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER! THEY ARE DUSGUSTING ALL THE WAY AROUND; IF YOU DO EAT HERE YOU HAVE POOR STANDARD'S AND BAD TASTE IN FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! i HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to an amazing "RINCONCITO LATINO" which we go to every week and is not even 10min away, where the food ans service are AMAZING.. located on 17630 LINDGREN RD...
