1 start just because the consomé they served before the food. First able over priced and menu mal practice- food looks good in pictures and TV media but not the same when they serve it to you. I can’t believe that they use frozen tostones OMG! 😡 AND COLD CHICKEN SOUP !!! Also the waiter suggested medium rare steak to my 8 year old!! Who those that and because our Spanish is not that good we didn’t understand until my kid cut the meat and it was red. The fish was WAY over fried tasteless and the guacamole was good but TOO MUCH to cover the tiny pieces of meat or chicharrones in the plate ooohh and the $16 red something love drink just disgusting too say the least. We were missing some plates that never came and we realized until checking the bill and the waiters didn’t offer to be deducted until my husband practically demanded to do so. Placed order for pickup through Uber Eats, came to pick up when they posted order ready for pickup on app.

Waitresses said they were packing my food.

20 minutes later im watching them cook my raw chicken and when I asked again what was the delay, the whole kitchen staff decided to get rude with me calling me a liar when im watching them cross contaminate food by not changing gloves, and touch cooked and raw meat, and the one chef who came out with a cut on his finger sucking on the blood in the waitress station. Very disappointed with the behavior of kitchen staff when I asked a legitimate question.

One of them coming out asking if im the Uber driver? Like that even matters.

Management can run the cameras between 135pm and 156pm, 06/06 and see how aggressive your staff is.

Felt bad because the Waitresses were embarrassed because of the animals working in the back.

Many food safety violations taking place in the back as I witnessed with my own eyes. Shameful.

Amazing customer service, homemade taste, Colombia traditional decor and the best bandeja paisa in Miami! Food is quick to come out as well which is a plus.

Update: make sure to check your bill is correct. They charged me the wrong tables bill yet they printed me the right one which was very shady. Will not be coming back cause of this.

Reply: it was not a mistake or error. When I returned they said they realized after but they never contacted me and had my number. They should have made it right by canceling my transaction and charging me the correct one but instead they took out $6 from the tip jar which is not even the correct amount. Therefore, I will not be giving another opportunity to people who make a living scamming honest people trying to eat a meal.
