Ok so I just left this store and I must sat that I'm appalled by what I saw. Please read carefully as it will be lengthy but once you do you will never want to eat there again.
I went to the drive through and the young men who took my order made a mistake where I ordered 2 additional orders of onion rings and he gave me fries instead. That was not a big deal, I just parked and went inside to let them know that I did not get the onion rings. The young lady who I believe was a manager( judging by the way she spoke to the other team members) told me that I was wrong that it was 2 fries to which I stated that it was the young man's mistake as he clearly asked me if I wanted to substitute the mealsm fries for onion rings or I wanted to add them. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS DISTURBING.... She rudely asked me to bring her the two fries they gave me in order to change them for the rings( she literally treated me ands if I was trying to get away with getting free fries). I found it odd as in the past if a mistake like this gahappend they will usually say just keep them.... Anyways I had my son bring the fries in, she told a young man to take the fries and exchange them for the rings, but wheb they got my fries THEY EMPTY THE FRIES THAT WERE IN MY POSSESSION , IN MY CAR, BACK INTO THE CONTAINER WITH THE REST OF THE NEW ONES!!!!!! Read moreI went with my children to dine in on Sunday evening at 9:45 pm, but there were no customers inside and the door was locked. The dine-in hours stated closing hours at 12:00 am. We settled for going through the drive -thru. At the speaker I asked for an order of chicken fries, a hamburger w/no pickles, a crispy chicken sandwich and 2 small onion rings. When I arrived to the window I paid using my debit card and checked my order. I had an extra order of chicken fries and reviewed my receipt. I realized I paid for the extra order. However? I was told that I could not be reimbursed because the cash register was in the process of closing. I was offered ab extra fry instead and accepted it because I didn’t want a confrontation at the time and there was a long line of cars behind me. I was upset but accepted the fries instead even though the fries cost much less than the chicken fries. I then asked for a zesty sauce and was told it was already in the bag. After arriving home I realized the zesty sauce was not in the bag and furthermore the hamburger had cheese in it. My son can not eat cheese as a result of medical issues. Read moreI am extremely disappointed it the customer service we received today as we go to this location at least 3 times a week, but today they got the order wrong and then treated my son as if he was trying to get something for free when he was just asking for the items we PAID FOR. The order was 4 large hash browns and I only got 3, and I ordered a biscuit with ham, bacon, and sausage but got a REGULAR CROISSAN'WICH instead. When my son went back to request they give us the missing items (he took the entire order back) the manager was extremely rude to him. She stated that " WE ARE NOT MAKING ANYMORE HASCHBROWNS SO I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU FRIES." "THE ORDER WAS MADE CORRECTLY IT SAID A CROISSAN'WICH AND NOT A BISCUIT SO I WILL NOT GIVE ANOTHER ONE. I MADE THE ORDER AND I KNOW IT WAS CORRECT!" Needless to say that after seeing how little loyal customers mean to this location we will be going to McDonald's (which is much closer to our house) from now on.
