I just wrapped up a 20 hours shift and I was on my way back from work. I wanted something quick and to just goto sleep. I work in customer service as well and understand attention to detail along with courteous service make a impact. I was okay with the hour long wait after having my order messed up once but twice is inexcusable. I was confident the order would be wrong from the start pulling up to the menu just be asked, "what you want". I checked it after pulling away from the window and I can't have ranch on the fully loaded fries I asked for. Additionally I asked if I could have it with out and stated just cheese and bacon.
I pulled into a second time to ask for a correction and was prompted to pull up. I don't mind the wait because it was very late and with how work shortages are. I was handed a second order but had only discovered there was barely a small handful of fries completely slobberred with a mass mess of cheese and chili in an attempt to make up for the original order being a large.
My disappointment is imeasurable and has bottemed over another checkers just inexcusablely terrible. I love the fries but I'll be sure to keep a bag from Walmart in the freezer to have if I manage to...
Read moreHorrible customer service, the drive-through order taker had no customer skills. I pulled up and had given my full order, she had me repeat my order after I had given it to her. I do admit in one part,I may have been wrong and that is when I ordered a Twix ice cream not knowing that they didn’t sell that softy serve item, but with the menu being dark, I couldn’t really see. Not once did she repeat the order back to me like they normally do, which I felt could had saved us both from the situation that occurred. She had told me to pull forward, pulling up I notice she had an ice cream cone in her hand and I had asked what was that, informing her that I had ordered a Twix ice cream. Her face expression showed all the attitude in the world and body language as well. She came back to the window with nothing but nasty attitudes and that is when I notice she had an AirPod in her ear. That explained so much. She slash back with slick comments and she was very lucky I had a child in the car and I will not lower my self for people like that and I for sure know she hasn’t just done this once, people like that should not be working in the fast food industry, go on...
Read moreThis checkers has an automated ordering system when going through the drive thru. I've never had any issues ordering with it and it even answers questions I have about the menu and the deals they have. While it does get the job done, it does make the ordering process slightly longer than it normally would if I was ordering through a person. But from past experiences when ordering from here before they used this automated system. They could never hear my order and I could barely hear them through the voice box. So while it may seem like it would take a little longer to order your food. If you've ever ordered from there before they put this system in. It basically takes the same amount of time except now you can make your order without constantly repeating yourself and you can clearly hear the questions being asked. On another note, this checkers has always had a longer wait time than others after ordering your food. If you're in a hurry this is not the checkers you'd want to pull into. Especially if...
