Good afternoon Tito’s,
I honestly first want to say thank you for giving us the clients the opportunity to provide our feedback through google reviews.
I have been a long time follower of yours directly in Instagram and also my sister in law recommended I visit your location.
On Sunday Sept. 11, 2022 I decided to personally visit your location with my family. Unfortunately upon arrival we were greeted by a young lady who simply was not in the mood to provide quality service and or even understand on how a business is conducted.
In more detailed words, Upon my arrival we sat at the corner table and watched the young lady simply sit at the register and play with her phone.
After more than a minute I stood up and asked for a menu, her answer was it’s on the side and or for me to scan the bar code.
Honestly I tried to read the menu but it was a little hard to read and transfer that info to my family who was on the other side behind a white tarp.
I also tried to scan the website code but was unsuccessful.
Finally I simply decided to sit down and go onto your Instagram page where I originally found out about Tito’s.
After honestly seeing that service was not being offered not even to offer what we es Ted to drink, I simply stood up including my family and left the premises.
I know our account may not have been a $100 dollar bill but the mount to mouth that would of came from my family and I would have been strongly recommended but unfortunately that will not be the case.
I strongly recommend that you update your employees, better train then, and also be on top of your business
Thank...
Read moreDriving down Military Trail in West Palm Beach you can run into one of about a dozen or so taco trucks which is indeed very exciting. Today’s stop was at Titos which offers a variety of Mexican dishes with a heavy focus on tortas. They do offer hamburgers, which I had to admit is a bit odd for a Mexican food truck. It was a but frustrating trying to place the order with the generator running and music blasting, the gents in the truck missed half my order. Being in the mood for tacos, however, I opted for a variety including steak, chorizo and pastor pictured. For a top shelf taco, all aspects must click. From the shell, to the meat, toppings and hot sauces. I really felt only about one aspect was on here for this meal. The tortillas were most likely prepackaged and plain. The steak was dry and flavorless, but the chorizo had a nice crisp and decent flavor while the pastor (while certainly not anything you would find south of the border) was decent for the area with some nice fresh pineapple atop. The cilantro and onion, which are all I like on my street tacos was scattered and not finely chopped enough to get the right amount per bite. Their hot sauces were average but suitable. In addition, It was a bit frustrating trying to place the order with the generator running and music blasting, the gents in the truck missed half my order. With so many options in the area, I am not sure I can...
Read moreHats off to Titos! As someone who grew up in South Florida I have always felt that all burgers here are the same… Let me tell you I WAS WRONG. This place is by far exceptional and offers food with an authentic twist. Everything here is fantastic, the atmosphere is unique, comfortable and embracing and overall you are bound to a unique experience for your palate. I recommend having “La Chama” burger if you are a protein lover. The food truck is impeccable and Jose the owner is there 24/7 to make sure that place is well managed. Working a food truck, and keeping it clean is hard. This man has it spotless! It all gets better when you have the peace of mind that your food is made with passion. I thank God for my beloved Venezuelan girlfriend and for having Tito’s to have dinner with her and unwind after long days. If you want good food, this...
