Worse fnn checkers in the state! They never have anything when you order 2weeks ago I stopped by and order a chicken bites box but nope they’re out of chicken! Now today wanna try the big bbq bacon Buford but no no bacon! Then ordered a Chile dog ohh wait no fnn chili! How do you sell food then don’t have the most popular items in the menu! And this has been this way for the last 7 months! Checkers just needs to close! Worst restaurant in Florida! I honestly believe they’re not out of anything cause the other checkers in Spring Hill never has a problem! I personally believe that these useless people working there don’t want to work or cook anything, it’s easier to say out of it! Especially with the attitude you get when trying to order or pay! If I was running it I would clean house or shut down till economy got better for a better work force! It’s ruining the Checkers brand! Just read the comments! Guarantee the good reviews are bought obviously! Cause how can you give a half way decent review at a place this bad! We ordered two frylover burgers ketchup only. They had mustard on them. Also, ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. One without onions which had onions and one only ketchup that one had everything still on it. The bacon on both was old and rock hard. Neither of them ate it. Also ordered a fry which was not in the bag. Went back through drive through and just mentioned the frylovers to be replaced because my husband just pulled the onions off and my son scraped everything off because he was to hungry to wait for it again. When they replaced the frylovers the fries were all over and the burger was cold. The cheese hadn't even started to melt to it. The fries were greasy in the burger and also the ones we ordered. At the window my husband was trying to explain the other two were wrong as well and their bacon was rock hard, but the lady just said “O” and then have a good night as she closed the window. If I could give this zero stars I would. We've NEVER had a bad experience at this location and this was just a terrible experience. We ordered the 2 for $6 Texas Toast doubles, the 2 for $5 checker doubles w/ cheese, 2 large fries, 1 large banana shake and 1 large strawberry Fanta w/o ice. For starters both fries were ice cold, soggy and tasted old. They shouldn't have been like that being we only live 2 minutes behind the restaurant. All 4 of the burgers were ice cold and the buns were extrenely soggy. The Banana shake was completely liquid, not even frozen in the slightest. My large Fanta tasted like straight nasty soda water. We've never been more disappointed in our lives when it comes to eating out. We couldn't stomach to eat any of it. Please note that we NEVER complain when eating out but this just had to be said.
